Ett väldigt bra hus med plats för alla, fina sovrum.Fantastiskt läge, med otrolig utsikt.Mycket bra med köksutrustning,tallrikar,glas o bestick, två kylskåp och ismaskin, stället börjar dock bli lite bedagat, poolen hade inte rengjorts på ett tag, den var inte rengjord när vi kom och rengjordes inte under veckan. Samma sak med Jacuzzin, flagad färg i jacuzzin.Muslort på köksgolvet varje morgon, när vi påpekade det för vår värd/kontaktperson så sa han bara att man kan förvänta sig möss på landet.

Maison, Jardin, Terrasse top! La vue sur la mer de la Terrasse principale et de la Grande piece de vie est a couper le souffle! Le seul bemol est la cote d' acces a la Villa qui est tellement accidentee que ni des enfants, ni des personnes agees ne peuvent la faire a pied ou a Velo.

Maya is a great host, very helpful, thoughtful and responsive. The Villa is as advertised and very well equipped. Location at the top of the hill requires a car but gives a wonderful vista of the area. Pool is very nice, great for young kids. Concierge is responsive but not always timely. All in all, an excellent Villa and recommend it highly.

Luxurious Comfort

What is so special about this property is the mix of its amazing setting and view, the spacious and tranquil property and home, and the feeling of "at home" comfort. I rented for 3 weeks in July, inviting friends and family to share it with me. I've never felt so much like I had my own villa on the Riviera. My guests and I all loved it. Frankly, I've stayed in higher-end properties nearby which were flawless in both modern design and amenities. But this place felt more relaxed and comfortable, while very spacious and beautiful. We didn't want to leave! Maya, the owner who lives in Paris, is a perfect and welcoming host. She responded instantly to all emails, answering all questions and quickly acting on all requests. When I had some issues with a lack of enough comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for the pool, beautiful new ones appeared that afternoon. I've stayed along the Côte d'Azur many summers and this location (near Toulon) is, by far, my favorite. Even in July, nearby towns, beaches and wineries remained relatively uncrowded. Roads are not clogged. Shop keepers, waiters, etc, were all friendly and welcoming, even for guests speaking no French. I would happily come back to this lovely and peaceful property. Thank you, Maya, for a wonderful retreat!

Very nice house in total.

The house is very nice all in all but you need a car as the location is on the top of a hill and there is no real public pathway beside the street.

Fantastic location and vacation home!

We were 4 adult couples that have been traveling together for 30 years. This house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. My friends raved over the selection that I selected. Especially wonderful was the pool and grounds and location. Also this property is perfect for adults couples sharing as each bedroom has its own bath and all the bedrooms are either queen or king. It’s hard to find a large home that’s not filled with single beds. So this one was perfect for us. We had several beautiful dinner parties inside and out . The A/C was great! We all had our own cars so we were able to explore the area all week with so much to do . Within one hour we could go to historic places, swim in the sea, go to Marseille, Cassis, Bardol and Toulon, go to museums and in general enjoy the French countryside. We are really seriously considering come back to this specific house as it met so many of our needs. Thank you Maya and Camille.

Exceeded expectations

The photos don't do this property justice, it is stunning. The view from the pool is beautiful and the pool itself was the main event for us with 5 children in tow. The main bedrooms all have great en suites, plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children, we never felt on top each other. Local beaches and area was perfect, not too busy, easy to access and very enjoyable. Great holiday, would highly recommend. (Bit of a niche extra comment ...one of our children has severe autism and we were happy to find that the whole property was well fenced in, as was the pool and you can fence off the hot tub too. The property itself was secure, all doors/windows could be locked properly so no surprise escapes! This was very helpful if you have a similar need.

Stunning property with roomy, well-appointed house

This place is even prettier than the photos online show it to be. The house sits on the very top of a hill, making for great views in all directions. The front of the house faces directly to the wide span of the Mediterranean, down the long lawn to the infinity pool and the sea in the distance. A large porch in the front of the house is ideal for lounging or dining outside while cooking on a gas grill and provides welcome shade in the middle of the day. The evenings can be cool but an excellent and well positioned set of infrared lights will keep you comfortable on the portico. The view from the second floor (1st etage) balcony of the master bedroom is stunning. Bougainvillea curls all the way up to the balcony. The house is very well laid out with two bedrooms on the ground floor along with the kitchen and very large living area. The second floor has two more generously sized bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is in a private guest annex just a few yards from the house. All rooms have mini-split air conditioning units which we hardly used but when used, functioned extremely well. We enjoyed the pool all day long and the heated jacuzzi in the evening when air was cooler. Good restaurants abound in the area and beaches are as close as a five-minute’s drive away. The host, Maya, was very accessible and helpful. For a lovely vacation near the see with amazing views, this place is perfect.

Fantastique !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique propriété ! La vue est à couper le souffle, il est très agréable de se baigner dans une piscine chauffée et de passer de belles soirées dans le jacuzzi. Superbe bastide

Cette bastide correspondait parfaitement à notre attente et à ce le site décrivait. Une bastide superbement avec une vue de rêve à 360 degré dont une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la piscine et la terrasse. La bastide a été modernisée et décorée avec goût. Elle est très bien équipée. Nous n’étions que 4 personnes mais la bastide est équipée pour accueillir plusieurs familles. Elle offre des possibilités de pouvoir s’isoler grâce aux différentes terrasses et à l’immense jardin. La piscine à débordement est très agréable et bien entrevue. Le jacuzzi pouvant accueillir 10 personnes est un plus non négligeable. En résumé, un excellent séjour dans cette superbe bastide que nous conseillons vivement et sans réserve. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui répond très rapidement en cas de besoin.

un véritable paradis

Comme le dit l'annonce, cette propriété est magnifique et spacieuse .Nous avons pu nous détendre et nous reposer grâce au jardin arboré , éclairé le soir avec la piscine à débordement et une vue magique sur la mer et les îles Embiez ,l'apéritif dans le jacuzzi le soir pour profiter du coucher du soleil , la terrasse avec la musique , un grand séjour , un terrain de boules et de belles chambres chacune équipée de salle de bain. le tout à 5 mn max de Sanary. Je recommande.

Parfait

Nous avons passés une semaine extraordinaire dans cette villa. Nous étions 10 adultes et une jeune enfant. La maison est parfaitement adaptée, localisée et agencée. La route d'accès fait un peu peur au premier abord et on se demande si on est au bon endroit (non goudronnée sur les derniers 200 mètres et quelques nids de poules) mais c'est finalement le prix de la tranquillité et de l'exclusivité. Sur les hauteur de Six-Four, la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le trajet pour la rejoindre et très rapide. Nous y étions en 5 minutes en voitures très facilement. Les centre commerciaux sont également très proches. Nous avons eu des contacts permanent avec la propriétaire et le gérant immobilier pour toutes les questions que nous avions, ce qui était très agréable. De plus, l'homme en charge de l'entretien est également très disponible et très sympa sans être envahissant. Je conseille à 100%

A gorgeous villa

This house is magnificent! Set high on a hill, the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The house and bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Beautiful artwork throughout the house. Tables outside and inside seat 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the main house and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom off the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators which was great for 10 people. There is a washer off the kitchen. The plancha (outside gas grill) worked fine for our needs and the ovens and stove also are good although slightly challenging for us Americans to adjust on the temp but we figured it out. The owner, Maya, was amazing. She helped us make restaurant reservations ahead of time and was very attentive to all of our needs. She lives in Paris but is available on a whim for any issues. There is a gardener/pool /Jacuzzi man who cares for the property directed by the owner by phone. If you need a taxi service, call Eric Taxi in Six-Fours-les plages. We had cars but did not want to drive to a restaurant for our finale dinner with a lot of wine. We spent two glorious weeks here! I would highly recommend this lovely place!
