A special mention goes to Mufasa and Ahmed (apologies if I’ve spelt their names wrong) who went above and beyond every single day. They brought us fresh toilet paper and cleared our rubbish daily, and always offered to change our bed linen and towels, making sure to do so only when we were out of the room to avoid disturbing us. "The location is fairly remote with beautiful views. The facilities are basic but the room has all you need including a small stove and kettle. If you have a car you can get to the old town and airport easily. The reason to stay here is the warm hospitality of the owner George, he is so helpful and friendly- even gave us a lift to the port to save us booking a taxi. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended."

"I was here with 2 friends and we had a blast. The room we got was very nice and seemed to be quite new and renovated. The pool area was great, and the bar was amazing with high quality drinks and good entertainment. The best thing of it all was the staff working there - friendly, funny and very helpful. "My husband called it “heaven”, like a honeymoon! Amazing pool, quiet, private, modern clean apartment with everything you need. The gardens and surroundings so well maintained, they were coming and cleaning the apartment and changing bedsheet everyday!!!!!!! The highlight were the people(staff). Made us feel like family, always present, checking up on us. We even rented a car from them and visited many beaches and sightseeings. We recommend it, we will be there again next year!
