No heating in the rooms
"The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?"

"Lovely hotel although there was a lot of work going on around it, and we struggled to find the car park entrance as a result. Only other issue was that we had coffee pods in the room but no machine to use them in."
