Ein Ort zum Abschalten

Wir haben hier zu zweit zwei Wochen verbracht und waren total zufrieden. Die Lage unschlagbar. Ein absolut ruhiger Ort. Die Vermieterin immer hilfsbereit. Hatte man ein Anliegen kam immer kurzfristig eine Rückmeldung per WhatsApp. Der Weg zum zauberhaften Strand waren ca. 700m. Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub der nach Wiederholung schreit.

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten der einzigartigen Natur

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Haus sauber und gepflegt. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Handtücher, Strandsachen, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, etc. Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeberin. Die Lage war sehr ruhig inmitten von Kiefern und Olivenbäumen, nicht weit vom einsamen Strand. Ein perfekter Ort um sich zu erholen.

Our spring vacation in Secluded retreat

It was perfect for what we needed. A secluded retreat for 2 weeks, nice place and people. We had everithing we need at the house.To be planned in advance, shoping by car only in places around. Excellent communication and relation with Myrto and her husband. Highly recommendable.

Fantastische Woche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und fantastisch, jede Morgen und Abend der Blick auf den Berg Atos. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und er sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Myrto und ihr Mann standen uns immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Entspannung in wunderschönem und sehr gepflegtem Haus

Das Haus auf dem großen Grundstück, die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Berg Athos, der fast menschenleere Strand und die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber haben unsere höchsten Erwartungen noch weit übertroffen. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.

The perfect hideaway

Myrto and her husband are very friendly and responsive hosts! The house is easy to find with their description, totaly for itself with a nice view over the sea. The wonderful beach is approx. 10min walk away, fairly steep... The house is very nicely furnished, the kitchen has every thing you need. Although for 5 people, it is pretty small. Very nice and large garden with lots of olive trees and shade. Restaurants/shops can be found in about 10min by car, for example in Ormos Panagias. We enjoyed it very much and likely come back!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Haus war sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung sogar Gastgeschenke und Lebensmittel. Lage ist auch top, es sind zu Fuss cirka 10 Minuten zum Meer. Es war alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfect holiday home

In the other ratings everything is already described. We can only confirm this: We were greeted very friendly, everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. From a filled fridge to homemade olive oil to the necessary utensils, which you usually have to buy on the spot. And the house and the surroundings are a dream. Only the access road is a bit adventurous at the beginning - but no problem after the second drive. All in all a very special and unique experience to spend our holidays in this great house. Many thanks to Myrto and her husband!

Tranquil retreat

The property is ideally located and very well equipped. The beach is a steep walk but worth the effort. The location is very secluded and there are many aspects to the grounds where one can enjoy the views. A complete rest away from it all as such we didn't feel the need to explore further beyond the property during our stay. Myrto was was very helpful and on hand when we needed to contact her which was especially important when we locked ourselves out.

Un endroit magnifique dans une nature préservée

Tout d’abord la propriétaire Myrto est adorable: elle est toujours disponible, règle les problèmes très rapidement, prête à ajouter tout équipement nécessaire et a eu une attention particulière pour les enfants. C’est un plaisir d’avoir de tels loueurs ! Ensuite la maison est magnifiquement située en pleine nature au milieu des oliviers et des pins avec une superbe vue sur la baie et le Mont Athos. La maison est petite, très propre, bien équipée (y compris ventilateurs et air conditionné qui permettent de mieux dormir en plein été) et on passe le plus clair du temps dehors sur la belle terrasse et dans le grand jardin à l’ombre des oliviers et des pins. La plage est très proche, peu fréquentée (quelques tentes et quelques baigneurs de passage) et les eaux sont très belles. On peut marcher parmi les magnifiques pins méditerranéens dans les environs de la maison et profiter des belles vues sur les environs. Petits points à savoir (qui ne nous ont pas gênés nous): c’est la pleine nature donc il y avait pas mal de guêpes en plein été et le piège à guêpes ne peut pas toutes les capturer. La descente vers la plage est assez raide et la remontée encore plus 😉. C’est la garantie d’avoir peu de visiteurs...

Ein absolut idyllisches Hideaway!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben eine Woche im Mai 2019 in Myrto‘s wunderbarem Haus verbracht. Die absolute Alleinlage mit direktem Blick auf das Meer nach Osten und nach Norden hat uns sofort begeistert. Über einen verwunschenen Fußweg durch die Natur erreicht man in 5 Minuten einen tollen Strand, an dem wir immer ganz allein waren. Das Haus ist klein, bietet aber alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Kinder haben sich völlig frei bewegt und die Zeit in der Natur genossen. Vielen Dank, Myrto - gern jederzeit wieder!!!

Absolut ruhig und sehr erholsam

Wir haben noch wunderschöne Tage Ende Oktober auf der Chalkidiki genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und idyllisch mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Für Ausflüge auf Athos (per Schiff), Kassandra und Sithonia ist das Haus günstig gelegen, viele schöne Strände sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Der "Hausstrand" ist allerdings schon etwas weiter als nur 300 m entfernt (evtl. Luftlinie? oder Höhenmeter?), da geht es ein Stück bergab. Aber man spaziert durch einen Olivenhain und Wald. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir kommen gern wieder!

Einzigartig und sehr beeindruckend

Das Haus entspricht wirklich höchsten Ansprüchen und ist einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist einzigartig und läd zum träumen ein. Man möchte das Anwesen gar nicht mehr verlassen - außer zum nahegelegenen Strand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität der Hauseigentümer/Vermieter. Zudem stehen Konsumartikel des Alltags frei zur Verfügung - besonders das rechne ich hoch an. Hat einfach rundum Spaß gemacht - 100% nochmal!

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings

I can only agree with Barbara W. from Zurich: We found everything exactly as she describes. The fridge and the cupboards were so fully stocked that it would have not been necessary to shop for groceries on our way from Thessaloniki. There were loads of towels, both for the bathroom and the beach, there even were beach mats and a pool noodle. The view from the house is breathtaking and a quick walk brings you to a magnificent and very tranquil beach (with ample shade under fragrant pine trees). Myrto and her husband were very welcoming, they even met us at the airport on our way home to give us a farewell gift. We would love to come back!

Just what we wanted.

Lovely cottage if you like quiet with lovely views - in this case of Mt Athos and water and beautiful sunsets. A vigorous walk brings you to a small almost private beach which is delightful to swim off of. The cottage is comfortable & the owner available and very helpful to you. Highly recommend.

A marvelous experience in every aspect

We stayed in Myrto's house for two weeks: it was a marvelous experience in every aspect. It started with Myrto's and her husband Miltiadis' warm welcome, how they showed us around their house and explained everything. The fridge and cupboards were already stocked with basic groceries and they gave us wine, home grown olive oil (the best!) and orange blossom honey as a present. The house, built with natural stone, is spacious with high ceilings and has all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, TV, cooling ventilation fans, electric-stove, fridge, washing machine etc. with special mention of the outdoor shower on a hot sunny day. Although the house is quiet and remote there are villiages and shopping opportunities just a short drive away. The rooms are tastefully furnished and give a very cozy feeling, so one can also spend days inside. The large olive-garden is surrounded by pine forest, which opens to a breathtaking view of the sea. The short walk down to the almost private, sandy beach (crystal clear turqoise water!) is very relaxing. In other words: A perfect spot if you like nature, swimming and quietness. Myrto and Miltiadis were extremely friendly and forthcoming and always very helpful if we had a questions. Thanks to both for the lovely holiday we had.
