Amaizing Villa and location!!

Villa Tupinetti is a great villa and very practical. Close to beach en Sitges Center. Weekly Villas services were OK. We would like to repeat holidays in Villa Tupinetti.

Great location!

What a wonderful experience we had at Villa Tupinetti! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. Charming villa located in Sitges is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea, with all the comforts and tranquility that the residential area offers. Perfect for families, friends and anyone wishing to experience the best of coastal living in Sitges. I will definitely stay again!

An unforgettable experience in coastal paradise

Our stay at Villa Tupinetti was amazing! The villa is perfectly located with spectacular views and close to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The private pool was a real luxury, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It's definitely the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We will be back next year!

Fantastic Stay – Beautiful Home and Incredible Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tupinetti with our group of 11. It’s spacious and comfortable, with 6 bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The A/C in each room worked great, which was a huge plus in the summer heat.The layout was nice—the upstairs was where we mostly hung out in the living room and kitchen area. The downstairs family room opens out to the pool and grill area. There’s plenty of parking inside the gated property. We had 2 cars, but could probably fit 4 with no problem.The location is great—just a short walk to the incredible beach. Walk along the beachfront and you'll find small beach shops and restaurants. A little further still and you'll get to town, where there are more stores and restaurants.We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but they were taken care of quickly. Cristina, who checked us in, was super helpful and always easy to reach. The rest of the team, like Maria, were also responsive and kind.Overall, this was a great spot for our group. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay on Sitges

The villa is stunning and the property manager was great with communicating. The outside areas are great for groups and families. Its rigjt in the centre of the strip so its easy ti walk to the old town amd to the beach. Amazing experience

The good, the bad and the ugly.

Good: Nice villa, perfect location. Bad: Pool was dirty once we arrived and it took half of the stay to get it clean. Refund of the heating fee was offered as compensation, that is ok. The ugly: It's been now 23 days since we left and we haven't received our deposit back, nor the heating fee, neither did we hear anything from weekly villas since 9th of November regardless of several trials via phone, mail or whatsapp.

High expectations dissapointed

Booking with the agencies (2 agencies plus the owner), was very complex, although I speak English and Spanish fluently. The information from the owner regarding additional costs for heating turned out to be wrong: The heating was not used, however, the deposit for the heating was not returned. By the way, the house was very cold in April! The deposit for the house was not returned within 1 week as written in the contract but took a lot of persuading and 4 weeks before it was in our banking account. The electric gate entrance was broken , so the first day we had to pay for parking and luggage was stolen out of the car in front of the house. The second day we were able to open it manually, which was okay.

Spacious House in Great location

3 families stayed here for a week. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Close walk to the beach and Sitges. The kids loved the pool! Make sure you read the fine print and extra charges in the agreement as we were stuck paying a large extra fee.

Amazing Location

Overall we spent an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Tupinetti. The Villa is perfect for a large group of people. We had few issues here and there but overall Barbara was responsive and available to help fix things which is great. Since the Villa is old (renovated but the structure plumbing and electricity are old) make sure to take your time during the check in and take pictures of anything that might look damaged. We also loved the architecture of the house and the layout is perfect for a large group. I highly recommend the place.

Great Stay

A little dated, but beyond that the Villa was very good, could have done with some A/C downstairs, however this did not spoil stay. The Villa is huge, and outside area with pool is excellent. Very close to beach, and only 10 minute walk into Sitges

Beautiful villa - perfect for a family vacation

We stayed at the beautiful Villa Tupinetti for ten days. The villa is gorgeous and very spacious. The kids loved playing in the pool and in the garden. And it was just wonderful to have the beach so close by. Our host, Barbara, took great care of us and was always ready to provide help and guidence. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Great house

The house and location lived up to all expectations. Great house, near the beach, excellent pool, wonderful interior. Couldn't have been better. Management -rubbish. I sent over 20 emails with queries that were repeatedly ignored . Eg I wrote requesting a second highchair and cot. First email said no problem,no charge, On receiving final bill I had been charged €100 for them. I didnt know whether I was dealing with VRBO or Weekly Villas. Would never recommend either again. Go for Villa Tupinetti but through another agent.

Une superbe villa pour des vacances entre amis

Une très belle expérience, dans cette magnifique villa. Pas trop loin du centre, à proximité directe de la plage. Les espaces sont bien pensés. Nous étions 10 adultes... Merci à la fondation de nous avoir permis de loger ici. Je recommande pour un grand groupe.

Bra lokalisering på huset dock hade vi lite otur med vädret. Nära till strand och restauranger. Huset är rent och fräscht Med stora ytor/rum för Socialnsamvaro . Tog tid att få varmvatten i duschen. Bra service från uthyrarna när vi hade vattenläckage.

De gigantische villa geeft je nooit een verloren gevoel. Alles klopt aan de maatvoering en de verbouwing is volledig in stijl uitgevoerd. Ook de organisatie was zeer adequaat. We hebben een heerlijke familie-week gehad.

Does not get better than this

An excellent location, minutes from a very family friendly safe beach and only a15 minute walk along the promenade into Sitges. The villa itself had everything that we needed with adequate facilities for three or four families with young children. The pool and garden was a size that allowed the children to enjoy and play whilst the adults had enough sun lounges and chairs to just enjoy the experience.
