HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency as we run several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional". so we can advise you on the most suitable villa for your needs". Then you can book in total security in "Book Now".
We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.

LOCATION SUPPLEMENT:
Villa Sitges Soledad requires a car. It is located in the urbanization "Las Colinas" in Olivella. It is 10 minutes drive from Sitges, and 5 minutes drive from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food shops at 5 minutes by car from the Villa. There is a Nautical Club with bar, restaurant and tennis courts at 10 minutes walking distance, but it is open in summer only.

A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa Soledad through the vineyards and fields.

The house has a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender....

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º C at midday from November to March.

MONTHLY RENT FROM 1 MONTH TO 5 MONTHS.
We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months!!!. Ask for them.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental fee includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below we detail the extra costs for each:

Important Aspects Related to Contracts, Fees, and Payments

1. Payment via Vrbo with Visa card incurs an additional 3% card commission fee.

2. Payment via bank transfer includes no fees.

3. The Vrbo assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: final cleaning, 400 €.
- Stays of two weeks: intermediate cleaning (2 hours, performed by 2 people) mid-stay, 80 €; complete final cleaning at the end of the second week, 400 €.
- Stays of one month: three intermediate cleanings (each mid-week), 80 € each; complete final cleaning at the end of the last week, 400 €.

5. Tourist tax: 1 €/adult/day for the first 7 days.

6. In low season (October to April): provision of 800 €/month for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption. For weekly stays: provision of 250 €/week for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption.

7. Late check-in: from 20:00 to 24:00, additional cost of 45 €.

8. Late check-in: after 24:00, additional cost of 70 €.

9. Additional stay fee: an additional cost of 20 € per day and per person applies from 10 people.

10. Rates for stays of 2, 3, and 4 days apply for stays from Saturday to Saturday. If the stay spans two weeks, due to the loss of rental for 10 to 12 days, this price will be increased by 40%. The Vrbo pricing system does not allow for this differentiation.

11. The security deposit is 1000 €.
