Espectacular

Alojamiento perfecto con vistas espectaculares. Muy amplio y con ambientes distintos. Buena equipación y muy confortable. Ideal para desconectar y pasar unos días en familia. Eric, nuestro contacto, un chico muy atento. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Perfecta estadía!

Nuestra experiencia en la residencia Nirvana fue más que increíble. Hicimos la reserva a último momento así que estábamos un poco nerviosos sobre como resultaría. La atención desde el principio fue muy buena, y estamos muy contentos con nuestra elección. Con gran hospitalidad, Eric, el encargado de acomodarnos, nos recibió y se mantuvo en contacto durante toda nuestra estadía. Volveríamos a elegir la residencia Nirvana mil veces! La mejor acomodación y la mejor vista... Ya la extrañamos. Muchas gracias.

Luxury villa that’s really 2 flats

Overall we had a great holiday at House Nirvana. The views are spectacular, the villa is bright, airy & clean & is well appointed with everything we needed for a fun group holiday. Communication with Christian to book the villa & with Eric and his team while we were there, was easy & efficient. The area was great - we know Sitges well and didn’t have a car. We were able to walk from the villa into town in about 25 minutes cutting down the steps. The villa is actually two flats, which wasn’t a problem in itself, and actually has some advantages as the soundproofing between the flats is excellent so worked well for our party with some who liked to go to bed earlier and others who liked to stay up late making noise! However all of the pictures on the listing are of the top flat. The second flat is considerable less luxurious and would benefit from a bit of maintenance. For example the bathroom door had no handle or lock, the door handle of the larger bedroom, was lose and came off a few times, in the bathroom the paint around the door and the shower area had flaked away leaving the bare wood. Nothing that would spoil a holiday, but not quite what was expected when paying the price for this house - it’s not a cheap option. There is a real disparity between the two flats with the top flat being luxurious and the lower flat being OK, but nowhere near the same standard of accommodation. Maybe some pictures of this accommodation would have made the listing more accurate.

Luxury in Sitges

House Nirvana exceeded our expectations. The website pictures are beautiful, but no where near the full beauty of this home and spectacular view. The property isn’t brand new, so there’s some aging evident. But nothing that takes away from the beauty. My husband and I, our 3 teenagers and my mom, spent nearly a week in Sitges. Upon arrival, the beauty of the home was spectacular. The open floor plan allows for the ocean to be the centerpiece. The rest of the home, with a huge master suite and shower, second bedroom and bathroom, tons of seating options and a chef’s kitchen were perfect for most of our stay. An accompanying lower level apartment, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and private balcony, was a great space for our teens. While we didn’t want to leave the house, we fell in love with the town of Sitges. All the shops, restaurants, beach - and train access to Barcelona - made Sitges a wonderful location for our vacation. Eric was a wonderful host. Prior to our visit, and during our stay, he was attentive to the few questions we had. He not only met us on arrival, but checked in through the week, was prompt in responding to a few minor issues, connected us with a driver for rides back to the airport and overall helped us to have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend House Nirvana, hoping myself to one day visit again. .

One of the most amazing vacations we have had

While the pictures alone look magical, I was surprised that the home exceeded my expectations which weee already very high. Arguably the best house in town, it was an oasis to come home to after a day out in town or in Barcelona or nearby wineries. The management and communication was superb and highly responsive. I am very discriminating about my vacations and this surpassed my expectations.

Stunning

Lovely property with a stunning view Host was really helpful and always available if needed, he also spoke excellent English. Property was split into the main part that you see in the pictures with two double bedrooms, and a separate apartment on the floor beliw that had two bedrooms a bathroom and its own kitchen and living room area plus a balcony. It was perfect for us.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sensationellen Blick, leider ist die Ausstattung und das Haus als gesamtes in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und entspricht nicht dem heutigen Standard.Es hat bei Regen in das Wohn/Esszimmer reingeregnet, das Wasser stand zentimeterhoch im Treppenaufgang. Schade, da die Lage einzigartig ist.

A memorable stay

First of all the host Eric is remarkable. Not only did he accommodate our early arrival but showed us around the property, telling us what’s good and nearby and even took us grocery shopping on arrival. The Villa was well maintained and in tip too shape. The pictures are not touched and are actually even more beautiful in person. I would highly recommend staying here. I would stay there again!

Amazing place, beautiful view, lovely garden. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is ideally located, very close to grocery stores, the port, the old town and beaches. However, you’ll need a car. I would highly recommend Villa Nirvana.

This villa is amazing, absolute stunning views, so functional. Great location, fantastic communication with Cristian/Eric property owners. We were 4 adults and 3 teenagers, latter which loved the large infinity pool. Check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend this villa.

A perfect stay

In the past, I've stayed at VRBO properties where the photos were way better than the actual home. In the case of Villa Nivana, it was the opposite- the home is gorgeous and obviously cared for, and although I took probably 300 photos of the view, pictures can't capture how wonderful that view is. The home is designed for the breeze to flow through and makes it almost magical. Eric, who met us when we arrived was very helpful and always responsive. This home is owned by the architect that built it, and is managed by family and I find that this is what makes the difference. Properties managed by companies don't have the love of a home, and the fact that this is still owned and managed by the man who built it makes it even more special. We plan to return to Villa Nivana on our next trip to Spain. It will always hold a special place in my groups heart and memory.

Fantastique à Sitges

Fantastique !

Nous avons passés avec des amis deux semaines fantastiques ou nous n'avons quasi pas quitté la maison pour profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la vue à couper le souffle qui tel un tableau vivant changeait d'apparence et couleurs chaque jours. Un pur bonheur ! La maison est fonctionnelle, et avec de grands espaces. A noter deux détails, la master room est baignée de lumière même rideaux fermés, compliqué pour dormir plus tard le matin et la cuisine pas très pratique pour une utilisation quotidienne ou la venue de chefs extérieurs car notamment les plaques de cuisson son capricieuses et lentes. Mais vraiment ce sont des détails par rapport à cette expérience unique qu'aucune photo ne peut retranscrire, à voir avec vos yeux !

The property is properly impressive from every aspect, equipment, style, facilities, furnishings etc… And the view from the terrace, over the infinity pool, to Sitges town and the sea is simply stunning. We loved the master bedroom with its dressing/ bathroom area, twin shower and large bath with views out sea! The living area is huge and has many separate seating areas, our fav was the two leather swivel chairs again with that view of the sea. The kitchen is magnificent with its huge island area complete with wooden chopping block (the size of a small table!) the dishwasher was very welcome along with the Nespresso machine and the large double fridge freezer. All the crockery/cutlery/utensils you could ever need along with all the glassware for the essential G&T! The villa has another double bedroom on the same floor with shower room and then another self contained flat down a floor with a double bedroom, twin bedroom, sitting room, terrace and fully equip kitchen with washing machine and dryer Thus flat wasn’t ideal for us

The View....

The ck in was easy, Eric the property Mgr. was very helpful he even drove us down to a store the first day. The views are spectacular especially at night time from the infinity pool. The house is very well done high quality an laid out in a practical fashion . I would highly recommend this property located in beautiful Sitges Spain.

Fantastic Vacation Unbelievable Veiw

We came to visit my son who is studying abroad and wanted to stay somewhere on the Mediterranean Sea. When we walked into Villa Nirvana is was one of the most breathtaking views we have ever seen. The house was so accommodating to what we were looking for. My son and his friends came in from Barcelona and enjoyed the pool, house and the town of Stiges. We also went to Barcelona a few times to enjoy the city and restaurants. The drive was very close. We are so glad we chose Sitges as the town was wonderful and the house amazing. We also had a private chef a few times for lunch and dinner and it worked out great. Eric was absolutely a pleasure to work with and could not be more helpful. He helped us with everything we needed. He was always available for any questions or anything we needed from restaurant suggestions to drivers. We all loved it and will definitely be back to Villa Nirvana.

Nirvana is a home that has one of the best views that I have ever seen.

The property is getting a bit old. The kitchen is poorly equipped and quite disorganized. Bathrooms need a bit refreshing as they are not up to date for the price being charged per night.

An exceptional place from which to base a Spanish holiday. Sitges is a lively and fascinating small town which is great for restaurants and strolling but it is great to retreat back to the house for peace, quiet, air conditioning and the view.

Excellent! Perfect for families with children.

We were two families with children (9 people total) and stayed at this beautiful, luxurious house mid-July. We were greeted with Carlos who introduced to the house and showed us around. House is on the top of the hill with amazing view over the Sitges and sea, infinity pool, fully equipped kitchen, garden BBQ among many others. We appreciated elevator access directly to the house and disability friendly setup (no steps) as one of the children had walking difficulty. Overall we had very enjoyable week would return anytime in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
