Great for family gatherings!

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. Comfortable, clean and a a great house for multiple families to gather. We'll be back!

Family Get Away

We had a great long weekend. We were able to fit all of us in one house - 8 adults and 4 little kids. The house was a perfect fit and we all had a great time.

A Beautiful and Delightful Getaway

We had a small family reunion to celebrate our Dad's 88th birthday. The property was just perfect. Better than we even imagined. We enjoyed walks, pickleball, and meals on the beautiful deck. We just couldn't be happier!

Great home for multi-family stay!

Home was spotless and well-maintained, offering every amenity you could need. Separation of space was wonderful, enabling each family to have its own 'area'. Location was perfect and the back yard was especially nice and we would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck and the seclusion!

Great girls weekend

House was exactly as it was listed. Super comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped. Hot tub and deck were fantastic. Private yard. Great space and price for such a nice home. Would rent again!

The hot tub was great and the family room was large enough for all of us to gather and play games. Plenty of kitchen items for our breakfast and dinner cooking. Three bathrooms was a bit of a stretch for ten ladies but it worked!

Family Time

Black Butte Ranch is stunning! This HOME felt welcoming! High end furnishings and decor don’t do justice to this beautiful place! Relaxing on the deck, enjoying the hot tub, gathered by the stone fireplace or preparing meals in the kitchen we were so grateful for all the amenities! The original art work throughout the house was a happy surprise! Can’t recommend this house ENOUGH!! Thank you!! We hope to be back!

A Tranquil Setting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of ten (with four grandchildren) stayed at GH 219 for the first time. For the previous fifteen years, we stayed at another property managed by the Black Butte Realty Group. This home is very nice. It was large enough to accommodate our needs, and gave us room to spread out. The master suite is roomy and quiet and has a retreat area so that we, as grandparents, were able to get way if we wanted to. The great room is large and allowed all of us to be together in the evening. The grandchildren really enjoyed the TV/video room, and the back deck is expansive and the setting is beautiful.

Black Butte Ranch

We loved this property - would love to stay again. Only issue was with some of the toys and paints and phones being accessible to our 3 year old and getting into things that weren’t hers. Also stone bottom step off back patio is quite uneven - posing a trip hazard. Loved the homey touches of grandchildren pictures. All in all, a lovely home in a wonderful resort.

Fabulous house!

We heard we were the first to rent this property and feel so fortunate to have found it! We were so impressed with the house, the PERFECT yard and the location was just ideal! The kitchen had everything we needed, home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and again, the yard was SO great for fun in the evenings. The only addition that would be lovely would be central AC. We had so much fun and would love to rent the home again next summer. Thank you, thank you!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to BBR for several decades as our family expands to include grandchildren. By far this is the best outdoor space with plantings, a large grass panel off porch, and natural environment. Felt secluded which we enjoyed. This also is the largest great room space with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. I added cinnamon and a garlic press (which I like to have on vacation when I am a lazy gourmet cook).Our group included 7 adults and 3 children. My wife and I used the generously sized king-size en-suite on first floor. Upstairs, our daughter and her husband and nearly 2-year old in the queen, the nanny in the double room, and our son and his wife and 2 kids (11 and 13) in the bunk room. So only one bathroom on 2nd floor was a bit inconvenient but not horrible. The family of 4 in the bunk room used the downstairs full bathroom. There is also a TV room on the first floor with a sofa bed. Couldn’t figure out how the air mattress worked. If we had, our son and his wife could have occupied that space. Loved this property!!!!!

Great location, good layout for multi generational families. Our grandkids loved having a back yard, and the back deck was perfect for family dinners. Good location, convenient to many amenities. It is in very good condition, located close to key ranch attractions, very clean, and the management company is professional and easy to work with. We had a great time and hope to stay there again. The only improvements we’d like to see are central air conditioning (the room air conditioners are clunky and barely keep it cool enough), improved yard maintenance (it has a nice lawn and a couple hours of weeding and trimming around the shrubs would make a big difference), the water heater should be checked (it seemed to rub]n out of hot water too quickly), and less personal items.

Great home with lots of room

This home had everything you could possibly need. Super clean on arrival. Spacious with lots of bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Loved having a grass yard for the dog to use.

The house felt a bit cluttered with knick knacks and not completely rental ready. The hot tub was cleaned but not turned on, so we lost a night of soaking while it warmed up. There is a loose and exposed electrical outlet in main bedroom at baby level. I also did not see any carbon monoxide alarms in the house, so really need to address these basic safety issues.
