Terrible communication and customer care

Check in went smoothly, however, it was immediately obvious that one of the two bathrooms had not been cleaned. We contacted the number listed and messaged with them for over an hour, sending photo evidence and descriptions. We also informed them we did not have the jacuzzi, sauna and rec room key and asked for that as soon as possible as our guest has a medical condition and relies on a jacuzzi for therapy. We asked that the bathroom be cleaned the next morning as the night was waning and we’d already spent much of our first evening attending these matters. Sadly, the bathroom was never cleaned, so we did it ourselves. The key was never acquired. Part of the reason we chose this listing was for the jacuzzi and sauna options. To have no one local to attend to guest needs was disappointing and unacceptable. We were offered a 25% discount on the “cleaning fee” which does not cover the lack of service. We made the best of it, but would not book 4A again due to poor customer care.

Good location

This was a good location for attending the Sister Rodeo, but it was pretty dirty. The bedroom nights had left over sticky substance, the dining room furniture is old and dirty as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen is the only room updated. For the price we paid this was disappointing. The first night we didn’t get much sleep because the unit above floor was so squeaky it woke us up with each step. Hard to explain how loud it was. The bed in the master bedroom is sunk in the middle and also need sit be replaced. The location is great and in a fabulous little town, but this unit definitely needs furniture replacement

Comfortable, all on one level, nice location.

Had everything we needed, plus more bikes than we could use. Quiet time of year, so we walked around the campground trails and found birds and geocaches. Comfortable seating in side in the evenings near the fireplace. Only downside was the smokey smell from the slightly damp firewood, a fault of design, I suspect. Would come here again.

Perfect Getaway

We came to Sisters to relax and this property was perfect for that. A beautiful setting, close enough to walk into town and nice and roomy. Since we came in winter we weren't able to enjoy the deck but loved the fireplace. We will be back.

A great places for families

It was very refreshing to see all of the recreational its in the house for the kids. it was very comfortable for me. I will , with out a doubt recommend this location to as many people as I can. i will bring more people in the future.

WIFI was TERRIBLE and NO air conditioning

We had a family emergency and at first the wifi kept dropping out...I was the primary user. Then it finally would not allow any of us to log in. I contacted VRBO support and the woman was lovely...she even indicated (after I said I had been trying to connect since 0600 and this was 11:00AM that she would speak to the manager about giving me some compensation (I NEVER asked for that...all I wanted was help). and that not only would she call me back but would get their local contact to come to the residence. Not only did I NEVER see a soul after a few hours (or hear back from her) I finally unplugged their modem and router and reset them myself...which fixed the problem. NOWHERE are there instructions about how to do that. Also...while there are 2 fans.the place has no air conditioning so it was not only really hot there was almost no air circulation unless you kept moving the fans around. I realize it was my fault for not checking on air conditioning prior to reserving but the wifi was totally unacceptable.

Great Location and Amenities

This is a wonderful location in which you can walk directly into Sistersand enjoy the various restaurants and shops. It’s also right next to the Sosters campground and has a nice pool and rec room that visitors can use. The home is well stocked with everything that you would need. The only negatives to our trip was you can hear everything from the people upstairs (which is in the listing and fortunately for us the people upstairs were pretty quiet all at all), the ability to utilize the Netflix and the cable TV is NOT easy. Would highly recommend that the owners update the ability for visitors to use Netflix or other TV streaming services such as installing a Fire TV or Roku (the “streaming box provided was VERY SLOW and outdated and froze constantly and not easy to operate unless you are technically advanced lol), and finally we left several messages for the owners through the Vrbo app and the Vacasa app and never got a single response so there is definitely a problem with getting messages answered Overall though we would stay here again.

Clean condo!

The condo was very clean! Location is within walking distance to town but quaint and quiet setting. I tried to contact owner twice about an early check in and only got a response about late checkout with acknowledging my question about early check-in which made it very inconvenient to plan arrival time.
