• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Please observe Black Butte Ranch quiet hours and be respectful of neighboring homes

Fire Safety
For wildfire prevention, wood-burning or open fires are prohibited throughout Black Butte Ranch, except in designated propane fire pits.

Pet Policy
• Dogs are welcome (pet fee applies)
• Please keep pets off furniture and beds
• Pets should not be left unattended unless crated
• Please clean up after your pet throughout your stay

Black Butte Ranch Rules

Environmental Notes
Black Butte Ranch is surrounded by beautiful forests and wildlife. During your stay, you may encounter deer, squirrels, birds, insects, or other native wildlife. This is part of the natural Central Oregon experience.

During summer months, wildfire smoke may occasionally impact air quality. These conditions are outside of our control, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance if smoke-related travel disruptions are a concern.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
