Fantásticos consejos y gestión de visitas tras nuestra llegada, pues íbamos con muy poco tiempo para ver Sirmione. Desayuno espectacular incluido en el precio en una cafetería al lado del hotel y en una plaza preciosa. Gracias por todo.

A lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Sirmione old town. The service was amazing. The manageress was extremely helpful, going far above and beyond our expectations. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels but as far as service goes, this was amongst the very best. A jewel! Highly recommended.

Wir waren Mitte März in Zimmer 305. Alles war sehr sauber und ruhig. Es gibt hochwertige Pflegeprodukte und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr gut (grad bei langen Haaren wichtig, sonst steht man ewig drunter, bis die mal ausgespült sind). Wie schon in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben, sehr netter Empfang mit tollen, sehr ausführlichen Tipps von Tanina, die während unseres Aufenthalts immer per whatsapp erreichbar war. Das Frühstück ist im Gebäude nebenan und schmeckt sehr gut. Es gibt eine Karte mit verschiedenen Menüs (Omelett, Rührei, Spiegelei, Müsli, Pancakes…), die man wählen kann-standardmäßig ist aber immer Orangensaft, Kaffee (oder Latte Macchiato oder Cappu…etc.) und ein Croissant (oder einfach anderes Gebäck wählen) dabei. Parkplatz Grifon funktioniert so: Tanina schickt einen Code. An der Schranke, unter der kleinen, runden Plakette befindet sich die Klingel ;-) den Code durchgeben, reinfahren, parken, ausladen und vor ins Office und nach dem QR-Code fragen. Mit diesem kommt man während des Aufenthaltes immer rein und raus. Ein E-Mobil fährt einen dann ins Hotel, aber rückzus sind wir die Strecke mit unserem Gepäck gelaufen-war kein Problem, da nur 5 min Fußweg (Wartezeit für E-Mobil war 20min). Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Essen fanden wir im La Fiasca am Besten, L‘Accanto und la Nuova Botte war auch gut.

If you are looking for a great hotel experience in Sirmione, this is the place to stay! It's a hidden gem that punches way above their weight class. I've never had a hotel experience like this before. Our host went out of her way in helping us with restaurant and tour recommendations. The included breakfast was top notch and overwhelming in its quantity and quality. Service was very attentive and I felt like a regular even though I was only there for a few days.

Fantastic hotel. The service staff are quite possibly the best I've ever encountered. They care about the guests and really create a tailored and enjoyable experience. I would totally recommend them to anyone going to Sirmione. 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The owner was beyond accommodating after a mix up with an Expedia booking and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Right in the heart of downtown Sirmione but very modern and clean rooms. If you’re looking for a hotel in this beautiful town, look no further.

Das Casa Scaligeri hebt sich positiv von den sehr touristisch geprägten Hotels in Sirmione ab. Obwohl das Hotel inmitten der belebten Altstadt liegt, sind die modern eingerichteten Zimmer absolut ruhig und komfortabel. Mit den hilfreichen Tipps der sympathischen Chefin Tanina konnten wir uns in kürzester Zeit die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sirmione ansehen. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wird im benachbarten Restaurant Scaligeri von den sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern serviert, Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Sirmione with wonde
We had a wonderful time in Sirmione as part of a longer trip through Italy and Slovenia. We were upgraded on arrival and given lots of valuable information about the best places to eat and drink. Worth noting about Sirmione, is the need to book taxis well in advance and that there is an issue with buses in and out of the area, which caused us to miss our train by two hours!!

Wow, wow, and again wow! Our time at Casa Scaligeti in Sirmione was absolutely perfect. The hotel's stunning design and attention to detail in the rooms created a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay extraordinary was the exceptional service provided by Tanina. Her charming personality and unwavering commitment to top-notch service made our entire experience unique and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Tanina went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. My wife had a birthday and she arranged us a private boat tour along Sirmione. It was raining on the day we checked out and she out of no were gave us an umbrella ☂️ as a gift. Her genuine care and warm demeanor truly made Casa Scaligeti stand out. We can't thank Tanina enough for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Casa Scaligeti to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The staff are very service-oriented and pleasant. Clean and fresh, the breakfast is served at the restaurant opposite the street and is of good quality. Our booking included parking and there are bikes you can borrow free of charge.

Albergo fantastico, nel centro del Castello di Sirmione, ma silenziosissimo, recentemente rinnovato. Il personale è gentile ed efficientissimo e renderà il vostro soggiorno splendido. La logistica è eccezionale con un parcheggio dedicato che vi risolverà i problemi di parchggio, non ultimo la colazione, unicaper qualità. Consilgiatissimo!!

Casa Scaligeri far exceeded our expectations! Tanina gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and provided some fantastic recommendations for things to do, see, and eat during our stay. We had an absolute blast soaking in the lake, exploring the ruins, boating around the peninsula, and eating local specialties. Would have loved to use the hotel bicycles if we had more time! The complimentary breakfast was a seated meal on the patio of a nearby restaurant. It was delicious and such a pleasant surprise! The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. All of the items in the fridge were complimentary as well. What a treat!

The hotel is lovely and well situated in this wonderful town. What makes it exceptional, however, is Tanina. All the reviews are accurate. She is warm and welcoming and very very helpful. One note for travelers- if coming in by train, taxis are not waiting at the station. You might want to check with the hotel to see if they can pick you up or arrange for transportation. Highly recommend

Simply the Best, Perfecto
Wow, what an amazing place, location, staff, room, this place was fantastic. Everything you need, comfortable, well catered for. Special thanks to Tanina and Niko, truly wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough.The hotel is in a really good location close to ferry terminal, restaurants and bars a plenty. Is In the old town not far from the castle. We would go back for a longer stay in a heartbeat. Tanina will organize everything for you including transfers to the train etc. and will give you advice on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was outstanding in the restaurant next door. Great staff, both places have the same owner. Niko was a great driver and drove us on a tour to Limone through the mountains which we loved. Wish we stayed longer, a little slice of heaven. Pretty good ice creams next door too.
