El servicio es de primera! Todos son muy amables y siempre están pendientes de que tengas todo lo necesario para estar agusto, estoy encantada con el hotel, con el personal, la ubicación es la mejor, la habitación es espaciosa, la alberca termal nos encantó, el desayuno muy bien!

Inmejorable ubicación, excelentes habitaciones, buena comida y la alberca termal es buenisima, de lo mejor.

This was our second time visiting Grand Hotel Terme. We really love the warm thermal outdoor swimming pool overlooking Lake Guarda, the comfortable well appointed rooms with balconies overlooking the lake, the lavish morning breakfast and the location right at the entrance of the old city by the castle. It is the perfect place to go spend at the beginning or end of a long trip.

Io e mia figlia siamo state ospiti per la seconda volta di questo bellissimo hotel affacciato sul Lago di Garda e non vediamo l'ora di tornare ancora! Ho sempre apprezzato molto la posizione, che permette di lasciare l'auto nel comodo parcheggio dell'hotel, senza avere l'ansia di dover guidare tra le strette viuzze del centro storico. La nostra camera era affacciata sul lago e sulla stupenda piscina termale, un vero toccasana per la salute. Abbiamo dormito come ghiri, la camera era silenziosissima e il letto molto confortevole. Tutto il personale (reception, bar, ristorante, addette alle pulizie) è veramente gentile e professionale. Sentiamo già la mancanza di questo angolo di pace: torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect service, staff were all wonderful, extremely polite and attentive. Spa facilities and thermal pool were delightful and made our stay really special.

A pochi passi dalla splendida Sirmione, con comodo parcheggio. La mia camera aveva una splendida vista sul lago e sulla bellissima alba invernale. Bella anche la piscina termale. Buona la colazione. Un buon cinque stelle con tutti i servizi connessi.

Wow!!
We stayed here during a cross-Italy trip and chose it for the location next to the old walled city. That part was amazing, but it was only the beginning. The spa services included with the room were unbelievable. The indoor hot tub, saune, thermal room, and cold showers were nothing compared to the outdoor superheated pool. There were so many different types of water jets that we lost count. Oh yeah, the room was huge and comfortable with a small balcony, and we were a one minute walk from the castle. On top of that, the staff were excellent and treated us very well. We will be doing a full review on our You Tube Channel: halffasttravelers.

Das Zimmer gegen Strasse direkt unter einem Baum war lärmig und düster. Das Badezimmer ist nicht 5 Sterne würdig, sehr klein mit nur einem Lavabo und Badewanne! Sollte unbedingt eine Dusche haben. Auch ist das Bad sehr alt. Das Hotel insgesamt ist gut und die allg. Räume schön. Die Lage ist super.

My wife and I had a wonderful week at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly. When our return flight was cancelled, we were so pleased that the hotel had our room available so that we could extend our holiday.

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla Gardajärven rannalla, aivan vanhan kaupungin portilla. Superystävällinen henkilökunta, mukavat oleskelutilat etenkin ulkona. Tilavat huoneet, joissa on mukavasti entisajan charmia. Erittäin monipuolinen ja laadukas aamiainen. Hotellin pihalla on aidattu autopaikoitusalue, asiakkaiden käytettävissä on polkupyöriä. This is an ideal hotel to stay when visiting Sirmione, just on the edge away from the bustling crowds. It s a quiet sanctuary with excellent facilities. The jewel in the crown of the hotel are the staff, everyone of them was brilliant and nothing was to much Trouble for them. The only negative is we had to leave and return home,

The hotel location was perfect being both on the lakeside and also right at the entrance to the historic centre of Sirmione. Free parking was much appreciated and the hotel itself and its staff were exceptional. There were many good dining options within a short walking distance and also easy access to the ferry terminal and tour boat operators. A most enjoyable stay.
