Loud fridge, dirty/stained sheets, and way overpriced for what it is. Part of the metal bed frame was sticking out and was a serious shin-busting trip hazard. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk was on a personal call. Did not greet me, stop the call, thank me, or explain amenities at the motel. This was typical during my 3-day stay. In terms of value, including room quality, this is a $40/night hotel. My trip was extended 2-days and I stayed at another local Days Inn location. The experience there was completely opposite.

The buildings exterior is very uninviting. We were relieved to see a simple, but spacious and clean interior. Staff was very helpful. Surprisingly, there are no elevators. Its only 2 story, but anyone with mobility issues needs to check in advance for a room on the ground floor.

Everything looked very nice upon arrival. When I woke up at 3am and I got up I saw a bug on the bed crawling … I work as a nurse so I know that it was a bed bug. Which I understand it’s easy for them to get brought in but the hotel staff didn’t seem bothered by it at all which makes me feel like they already knew about the issue. Didnt offer refund or any accommodations etc. remember to check your mattress before you get in the sheets!!!!!

The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. People hanging around the lobby and watching as I checked in. No elevator.

The sign said newly remodeled. Not so much, maybe 10 years ago. my room had water stains on ceiling, brown stains on bathroom walls, and stained carpeting. The both clerks seemed like they would have liked to be somewhere else. What a dump

Convenient location right off the highway. Room was a little dirty. Hairs in the bedsheets and in the showers. Carpet torn by the door. Fromt desk staff was very friendly. Gave me suggeations for pizza to order in. Breakfast was included but not really worth it. We went to the McD's next door.siggestions

The initial person I interfaced with had an accent and spoke very quietly. Me being 79 years old and wearing hearing aids had difficulties understanding.

No elevator for one!!! Rude staff would makes another. for being remodeled, it was dirty. The hallways were shotty at best and security was nowhere to be found. It was in a bad neighborhood evidently.

The TV and sink in the room were not working properly. The bed skirting was ripped in multiple places. Food was found on the floor. The screen window was torn open. Close location to the falls was only plus.

We stayed at this property because it was close to work due to weather however the person at the desk was rude and we didn’t get sleep because of the drunks in the hallway and room across from us. It wa solid all night and we will not be returning

They couldn't confirm or at least give an estimate of the charges for my stay. "We don't know" was the answer. This confused me. I realize there could be additional charges in the event of me causing any damage, but most hotels I have stayed at could always tell me initial cost. This seemed a bit "shady" to me

We stayed in a suite, nothing fancy but it was nice for the money. Lots of space, clean. The heater kept turning on and off about every 15-20 minutes. Decent breakfast.

Overall a good value. The downsides were that snow in the parking lot was not removed and noisy heater that cycled on and off frequently.

Stayed here a couple of nights while moving into our apartment. Overall okay, had some cosmetic issues despite stating newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and shower was warm which was what I mostly cared about. I did have someone come to my door and when my fiancé answered he had seemed surprised, came up with an excuse, and then said wrong room. My fiancé did not get the best “vibe” from him. Also smokers right outside each morning some rowdy people living near us.

Sign says newly remodeled but I couldn't see where. Place is dated and run down. My first room had a broken bed frame and box spring. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Moved me to a different room which was better. Back door was always propped open with a rock in the door and people were hanging out in cars in the back parking lot. There was an abandoned puppy outside the door the next morning. I checked out a day early as I did not feel safe.

Bed smelled of urine, exterior doors were propped open late at night, bedding stained and very old, no room cleaning during my 3 night stay, may have been drug activity in the back parking lot late at night.
