"This place is a wreck. It's an extremely old building, poorly renovated for the purpose of short-term rental. The floors are uneven throughout, the bathroom smells like urine, the washer and dryer didn't work, the ceiling lights were bare light bulbs with no fixtures, the bedspread was stained, the plumbing leaked at the hot water heater, one baseboard heater didn't work at all, others didn't have control knobs, one control was hanging from a bare wire, one of the splitter units didn't work and...

"Great space for our family. Interior has been completely remodeled (new carpet, flooring, tile bathrooms, etc). Very spacious with nice furniture. The hosts were amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Outstanding communication. We will be back. Thanks Jeff for a great stay. "
