Sea-View Spacious Modern Villa - under 10 mins walk to the beach!

With a spectacular Sea-View located in Capo Comino, with less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, here you will find the peace, tranquility and beauty you are looking for.

We are located in the most east point of Sardinia, therefore expect nothing less than a breathtaking sunrise.

Our modern beach villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bidet and washing machine and provides you with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher.
It’s lounge features a dining table, sofa and flat screen TV.

You have the option of two spacious terraces to relax on, one upper level and one lower level with a view of the sea and the mountains.
We have a designated BBQ area, an outside dining table, sun lounges and a beautiful open spaced outdoor shower.

If you are feeling adventurous, we allow you to use our kayak, fishing gear, snorkels, umbrellas and bat and ball.

There are many adventurous & fun activities to do in the area which involves mountain trekking, walking in the pineta, water sports, SUP, windsurf, snorkelling excursions at "Go Around" at Spiaggia di Capo Comino.

There are also many other beautiful beaches within close driving distance from the villa - we are happy to advise you of these when you arrive!

We have a private parking area with the space for one car at the villa, however there is also a public parking area 100m from the house free of charge.
