This house is absolutely fabulous! The location, decor, cleanliness and communication throughout the entire booking and stay was 10!!!The house is also probably the most well stocked of any we have rented and the goody basket of treats was extra special!!The beds were so comfy, the furniture was very nice and the kitchen is awesome!Thank you so much for such a great stay!

You cannot beat the location! Right across the road from the beach, quick access to Palm Beach (HWY 1) and Jupiter (also HWY 1), and just a few miles east of I-95.All rooms were well-cleaned and spacious, and check-in couldn't have been easier. Our host connected with us immediately upon booking and helped us source a pack'n'play for our newborn baby (though we ended up borrowing one for free from a friend instead). The kitchen was spacious and there was plenty of options for coffee-making (a big priority) and cooking. Although we only did breakfast and leftovers, the space would be perfect for a feast, with ample indoor and outdoor space for dining.We will certainly be booking again.

Amazing Home with private beach access.

The home is truly amazing, with an beautiful modern kitchen, and a outside patio to relax and read or entertain with friends. Very clean with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and a TV in every room. One of the main reason we chose this home was, it is just steps away from from your own semi-private gorgeous beach! If you like to have your own space, this open floor designed home is for you to rent. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home in convenient location

We loved our stay at this rental. It was everything we expected and more. The only thing that could have made it better was a backyard pool to cool off after a long day at the beach and in the island sun :)

Jeep Music Fest

We attended the Island Off Road Jeep Event as one on the Charities that were benefiting from the event ( Jon's Mission for 22). The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the welcoming snack basket and all the amenities. They house was better than we could of hoped for. We will definitely stay there again

Property was amazing!

All of the rooms were spacious, kitchen was modern and beautiful and we had everything we needed including beach gear. Our teens had their own large space and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even across the bridge to groceries Communication was excellent and getting into the property was seamless. Highly recommend!

Delightful stay on Singer Island

This property was wonderful for our two week stay on Singer Island – – great location between the Atlantic and intercoastal waterway – – quiet neighborhood – – in easy walking distance to town center of island, the beach and park/playground area. House had a nice and recently remodeled kitchen that we fully used. The covered back porch, gallery area was a comfortable place to spend time any part of the day with grill and comfortable seating. Cecilia, the host and property manager was very attentive, responsive to any needs and great to deal with during our entire stay. Would give this property a solid 5 star rating and recommend without reserve for those seeking a ground level experience. Hope to stay there again on future visits.

Not as expected

The property is well appointed and in close proximity to the beach. We were very excited initially with the location. However, the property lacked proper cleaning, there was sand all over the floors, piles of sand in the shower and on the furniture. the owner did try to address the issues but we did not want cleaners coming in during our relaxing time, and felt this should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also an enormous amount of mosquitos inside the house and we kept getting bit. When I told this to the owner she suggested we left the doors open, which we did not. In addition to that we found a huge roach in the master and the owner again didn’t think this was a big deal. we had lizards inside the home as well as other small creatures and this overall left the experience undesirable. When we both went home I had another roach inside my bag so did my friend. I would not stay at this property again. The owner offered us a $100 discount which is honestly offensive considering the cleaning fees attached to the property which was obviously not cleaned and needs pest control. Would not recommend.

Beautiful, Spacious Home in Perfect Location

We enjoyed our one week stay at this property. The location is perfect access to get around the island and walk to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed.

Marvelous Maven! Singer Island Beach Haven

Absolutely fabulous property, awesome location, great beach equipped house with a grill, only a quick 3-5 min walk to the ocean sand. Property manager, Lelia, was great in all ways and very easy to reach if needed. Forget the rental car next time- everything is within walking distance, even the Publix grocery and Walgreen’s drug store (1 mile walk across the bridge) , as well as the great resort shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away. Will definitely stay with the excellent Maven Rentals again.

Home away from Home

We were very impressed with the property. The house was spacious with lots of potential for entertaining family and friends including a very large kitchen leading out to a beautiful backyard and covered patio. While there were only three of us this trip, I could easily see a larger family gathering here. Bathrooms were good size with spacious stand-up showers in each.. The residence felt secluded, but in reality was only a minutes away from many of the local eating establishments and the beach. I would rate the management company a 10 our to 10. Lots of communications, quick to respond to questions, and very easy to deal with. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
