Avoid this hotel and avoid using Hotels.com. Hotels.com advertises their price match guarantee but they did not honor two separate price matches i provided. Upon check in, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water in the main shower, sink or kitchen sink. I emailed guest services who said they checked it out and claimed it was a “user error.” I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and certainly know how to turn on hot water. Next my daughter saw bugs in the room and we killed a couple of them. Again the guest services said there was no bugs. We noticed the water in the toilets was a yellow color. Again, gust services said it was not out of the ordinary and perfectly safe. I tried to get a refund, they never answered. They told me they sent maintenance to our room but we weren’t there. Like i am supposed to sit around all day and wait for them while on a vacation!? I asked them to send the hotel manager up but they never did. After two nights of this BS, we checked out two days early and started driving home. I will never use marriot or hotels.com ever again.
