Very nice home with lovely pool, comfortable beds and Golden Tee! Kitchen was well stocked, very clean, they even provided a delicious basket of snacks! Host was communicative and helped make our stay seamless.

This was an AMAZING place! The concierge was easy to reach & began conversations about a week before our stay. She checked in daily, and always had suggestions for activities & dining.The house itself was beyond compare. Wonderful bedding & sheets, more than enough room for the 7 of us, a near-gourmet kitchen, large common areas, two washers & dryers for laundry, and the pool area pictures do not give it justice. The beach & mini mall are an easy 5 minute walk from the front door of the property.The management company was a dream to work with from jump. Not only would i highly recommend this specific property, I would definitely work with company again. My family was so impressed with the property & our concierge, that they all began planning future visits to this area with this property & this management company in mind.I cannot more highly recommend this property or the management company. 12/10

This house was awesome! We loved that welcome snacks and drinks. It was well equipped with the appliances we needed. It was nice to have it already stocked with toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bagsand essential kitchen supplies.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Everything about this property was 5 stars from the moment of booking. Cecilia communicated to us from day one until we checked out of the property. She was extremely responsive and we knew if we needed anything, she would help. The moment we walked into the house you could tell the pride the cleaners take in their work because it was absolutely spotless!! Like brand new!The house and pool were amazing for our week. We walked to the beach some days and had the afternoon in the amazing pool. Walk away from shops and restaurants as well. Overall, highly recommend this property!

Great place

I was very worried going into the stay as there were many contracts and rules included in booking that I had not seen before. That being said, the management company that runs the place was wonderful and very helpful. The place was nice and clean, you can tell it was someone’s home. A little steeply priced but an absolutely fantastic time. Would recommend.

80th Birthday Getaway

My wife wanted to celebrate her 80th birthday with some beach time and this VRBO rental was the perfect answer: the pool and hot tub, walking distance to the beach, and en-suite bathrooms for our two adult children. Our eleven year old grandson had his own room with bunk bed. Two washing machines and dryers were great for keeping the towels fresh. We appreciated the supply of beach chairs and umbrellas that were available in the garage. Lots of parking space was also nice since each family had their own car for local excursions. We initially had some difficulty adjusting the three separate AC units because of differing desires and the house configuration. The bedroom with direct pool access was remote from the master AC unit and getting it cool enough without freezing out the main house provided a challenge. A less than perfect solution was to keep that bedroom door open and force cool air into the room from the kitchen with the provided fans. Some of us being electronically challenged, instructions for operating/ reinitializing the TV/cable setup would have been helpful since ‘somehow’ it ‘got messed up’ and our son-in-law had to come to rescue. We had a great stay, perfect weather, and our vacation came to an end just as Hurricane Debbie was making her presence felt.

Overall property is well located and in good shape. The hot tub did not work, nor did the heated pool. On our last day there was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms.

A lovely slice of paradise!

This home was perfect for our 9 person family reunion! It was a great balance of private and group areas, with a spacious kitchen and dining area where we could all gather. The owner/manager was very responsive, checking in by text daily to make sure we had what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. The walking proximity to Phil Foster park was a Godsend, as the parking lot at the park was full and closed by 9 AM for several of the days we were there. We snorkeled every day, and the kids loved the pool! We also enjoyed the short walk to the ocean, and to shopping, groceries and restaurants. We all hope we can stay there again!

Perfect week at a perfect place!

Fantastic home that lives up to is billing! Fully stocked and in a great location to get to the beach! All you need is to bring some suntan lotion! Cecilia was the best property manager we’ve dealt with in over 10 yours. Highly recommend this slice of paradise on Singer Island!

Incredible VRBO with Amazing Property Manager

This was a very special stay. Our family had an amazing, relaxing time at this spacious, well-designed home in a terrific location. The heated pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. And the property manager was gracious, attentive, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Amazing place!

My family came to Florida for Winter break and had an amazing experience at this property. It looked just like the pictures and the hosts were fantastic texting me back quickly when I had any questions. We had coffee in the morning in the beautiful backyard, swam all day in the heated pool, cooked together in the huge kitchen and watched movies at night on the cable tv. I definitely recommend it and we would love to come back again!

Beautiful home to vacation in.

Our 1st impression was how wonderful Maven Vacation Rentals was in making sure we had all the necessary check-in information and our stay was wonderful especially during Hurricane Nicole. Our host made sure we were taken care of and checked on us and even gave status updates as to area power outages. The home is lovely and was stocked with all the necessary amenities - even had a welcome snack basket which was a nice touch. The pool /deck area is wonderful. We love staying on Singer Island when we come to FL every November. This was truly one of the nicest homes that we have rented.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This was a clean and fun vacation spot. Two families stayed here with four adults and five kids. Plenty of bedroom, living and entertaining space!! Highlight of the place is definitely the pool area, great for kids who like to swim and even has an outdoor shower to rinse off. The outdoor TV was a big plus, so fun to be able to sit outside and have a meal while enjoying some TV.
