"Clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast included. Only drawback was that since my flight left in the evening, I requested to stay in the room until early evening, but they said they would charge almost a full nights additional cost. So I checked out at noon and stayed in the lobby until time to go to the airport, no problem with that."

"Close to airport, very clean and great service from all the staff. Loved how spacious our room and bathroom was. If you stay here, there is no need to go outside for food, they have variety of choices. We had their thali, momo and breakfast, they were all so delicious. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay here next time. Great job. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay between flights. I wouldn't be opposed to a longer stay if I needed to be in the area. The highlight was the breakfast made to order, and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Kathmandu."

"Service from staffs was amazing! I enjoyed free pick up and drop off from/to airport. But room wasn’t clean enough and I saw few baby cockroaches which is unacceptable but I dealt with it. I believe property owner/management is aware of it but hasn’t done proper cleaning, I think they just sprayed some insects spray, there was strong smell of that, which was unpleasant. My suggestion is to make the property insects free and maintain cleanliness. "

"It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport.
Not to forget, breakfast was included when i booked it online however they said...
