The apartment was very clean, and it was in a very walkable area. We loved that we didn't have to drive to restaurants, pin ball, shops, parks, or the farmer's market. We did drive for groceries and to the nature preserve, but it wasn't far and traffic was not congested too badly in that direction. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, dish soap, a potholder, toaster, and coffee pot. We had everything we needed to be able to cook light meals during our weekend stay.We also enjoyed playing Simpsonville -opoly!Shaun and Shari were great, responsive hosts. We didn't have any issues.The bed is very soft, and the pillows are very thick. That's good news for some folks, and something to be careful of for those with back issues. I used a smaller pillow of my own. My spouse didn't mind a bit.

Everything you need near DT Simpsonville

We stayed here two nights for a concert at CCNB. We were conveniently located to the venue and were able to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Cozy retreat near Greenville

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to start discovering the Greenville area and had a great time. Great shops just a walk across the street. Immaculate place to stay. There’s a covered porch right outside the entrance with two patio rocker seats and great breezes. A short drive away from a number of other towns and attractions.

Wonderful stay in downtown Simpsonville!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The location had easy access to many restaurants and shops. The owners were easy to contact and made our check in/check out seamless. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit!

Excellent one-bedroom apartment in Simpsonville

This is our third stay at a terrific apartment in Simpsonville. Quiet, private, comfortable, and attractive space with a full kitchen, comfy seating and bed, great shower in bathroom, and all the amenities. Short walk to a great breakfast spot.

Nice little getaway

Updated and very clean apartment set back from the road. This worked great for the holidays with family nearby. Only issue was the road noise being off Main Street. Would still stay again. Within walking distance of all the cool places.

Perfect place to stay on Main St, Simpsonville

We needed a place to stay for a few nights, and this was perfect for us. Very clean, very convenient! The place was clean and cozy with a very nice kitchen and bath. It’s right on Main St and easy to get to many nearby restaurants in the area. Very happy we were able to book it for our short stay.
