Stayed here for work with 5 guys. Lots of room very spacious and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. Would stay here again.

This house was a blessing!

We had to be in town for a family member’s funeral, and we needed to have as many of us under one roof as possible. My grandson said this was the best house we have ever gotten for when we get together! I agree. Not only was Brigitte wonderful, but also the host who graciously left us some kind words and token of his sympathy for us as well -even as he was working through the same issue. Thank you!!!

Very comfortable

This house was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of areas to gather with friends and enough space for people to have privacy. The whole backyard is gorgeous, esp the hot tub. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was the outdoor range had not been cleaned but we didn’t plan to use it anyway. Overall a lovely house and we can’t wait to book it again!

Great stay at a wonderful location in Simpsonville

The property was exactly as described and was a great place to stay in the Greenville/Simpsonville area. The amenities are great for the cost and the location can't be beat as it is convenient to about anything you could want in the Greenville area.

Great property. Lots of space. Awesome property management.

House was perfect for 5 of us who all needed own room and bathroom. Lots of space. Lots of amenities. House had everything we needed and more. Decor is a bit dated but it’s clean and functional. Outside fire pit with gas starter was a nice touch. We had a few issues finding remotes for TVs and with internet until reset but all were solve promptly by the property manager. No complaints at all and would stay there again without hesitation. It is about a 20 minute ride into town but lots of Uber availability so not a big deal. Plenty of restaurant choices.

Bridgette was great

House is fun with lots of extras and very well stocked. Bridgette the manager was very quick to respond when we forgot to put the garbage can out from previous renters. She had the garbage picked up and all was well.

This was a great house for 2 families to share. Plenty of room to spread out. All the furniture is very comfortable and the house is well maintained. We would stay here again.

The "Everything" House

We enjoyed our stay. The house has everything: hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, screen porch, gym, sauna, pool table, etc. My grown kids enjoyed staying there as did my 2 year old granddaughter. The host had everything ready and clean. She even provided waters, K-cups and snacks. Thanks!

Amazing, spacious property!

Our group of 12 has plenty of room to spend time together and have space apart as well! It was beyond comfortable and welcoming. We loved the space downstairs most with the pool table and media room. The intercom system came in handy more than a few times as well! It is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, yet close to all shopping and fun! We had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend!

2022 Family get together

Just had a wonderful stay at the Simpsonville propriety. We loved the house and all the nice features, like all the space, the theater room, large kitchen and dinning room. Enjoyed the back patio with the fire pit. Would highly recommend this house for any family with about 11 to 15 members, great place to get together. Neighborhood was wonderful and was not far from shopping stores and restaurants.
