Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. This home is even more beautiful in-person! Spacious floor plan and the owner was very attentive to details and made us feel very welcome. We were in town for a graduation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wished we had more time in the area to relax longer!

Everything you need in this place. Thos place is truly your home away from home. Loved all the personal touches in every room. It was sweet. The host even left homemade cookies. We couldnt even try them we were so busy. But it was trily special. We all felt like we were home. If your visiting simpsonville this is def your place.

We had guests in town for a business event, having them all stay together made spending time with them all easy. Thankful that we found this house last minute. Very clean, and a very convenient location.

Beautifully kept, well stocked home. Easy checkin, with plenty of communication with property owner leading up to stay. 4 bedrooms with plenty of room for the 6 adults that were staying in the home. The 2 full baths were clean and spacious, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We were so happy, that we plan to return.

Home away from Home

This is a very comfortable and home-y house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, with everything we needed. We had to make last adjustments twice, and the host was extremely helpful. We highly recommend the house and the host!

Comfortable and Clean in a Great Location

House is well appointed, very clean and comfy, and communication with the host was probably the best I've had with a rental. The homemade cookies were a really nice touch. The pictures do not do the place justice, it looks even better in real life. Very nice stay; will stay here again if I ever return to the area.

Great place

Myself and 4 friends stayed here and had a great time. The owner was very accommodating and kept up communication throughout the trip. The fire pit was used most nights and the backyard was amazing with plenty of space. I recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in a safe neighborhood and feel like you are home.

Close to Hot Air Balloon Rides

My father, sister, and I stayed here because we scheduled a hot air balloon ride. After arriving at the house we discovered it's only 8 minutes from the take off spot! We couldn't have picked a better location and the neighborhood was lovely; perfect for our evening walks.
