Hello Adrian,We appreciate your feedback about your stay with us and are glad the staff was friendly and helpful. We did ask the manager to visit your room while you were there and because it was very cold, it can take a few minutes for the hot water to flow through the pipes. The hairdryer requires a constant hold down of the button to work. The shower curtains are checked daily and while housekeeping did not notice or report any mold on it, they changed it regardless.
