"First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. "Perfect location - right on the river walk and on the edge of town. Close enough to walk everywhere! Parking lot was small and we had a difficult time finding parking, but that was likely due to the influx of visitors for the festival. Unit was exactly as discribed, only questionable thing is when the shower was last cleaned as there was someone's used nose strip in the bottom of the shower. Everything else was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer! We had to contact the owner once...
