Good location and comfortable place
The house is comfortable and well located. Beds and linens are really good, heaters work fine and is spacious. The garage is a little tight for 2 small SUV’s and unfortunately the house does not have access to the clubhouse (gym and spa). Communication with the staff via text msg is a little slow and something like whatsapp would have worked better.

Perfect ski and vacation home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this beautiful home with breathtaking views. Very well equipped with all the cooking/baking essentials! So clean and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable and love the radiant heat and gas fireplace to cozy up after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. Thank you for sharing your home! We will return!

Amazing home!
This lovely mountain home is impeccable. The home is appointed with high-end furnishings. Bosch appliances and Hunter Douglas blinds. It's spacious and perfectly located for your mountain vacation. The morning view is spectacular.

Fantastic
Best house we have ever rented. Owners clearly care about providing a top notch home, and their agents are just as caring. It could not have been better. We felt like we were at our own house. The place is so nice. The neighborhood is great. And the scenery is indescribable. Could not be better.

Work trip seemed more like a vacation...
I had to send some of my employees to the area for some work training. We always prefer using short-term rentals over a hotel. This was a beautiful home that was plenty comfortable for everyone. We will be back!

Nice stay - would stay again
Overall we were pleased with our stay at this home. It was clean and in good condition. It may have just been my own expectations and not others, but simply wanted to mention it is on interior of neighborhood…you do have panoramic views but are surrounded by other houses and don’t have a yard for kids to play in. Also, we had an issue the first night with one of the crank windows in the kids room not closing—I messaged prop mgmt for help and didn’t hear from them until the next day. Messaged them about something else that day and didn’t hear back until the day after that. Communication was a bit lacking. What I loved—they had box fans in each room, the beds were comfy, the kitchen very usable (tho no storage for our food items we brought and ice maker in fridge doesn’t work). Would stay here again, just with adjusted expectations on my part.

Awesome house for ski trip!!
This was our third ski trip to Copper Mountain and our favorite house we have rented. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. We loved the surround sound audio throughout the house and the beautiful views of the mountains! We will return to this property!!

Best Vacation Home Experience EVER
This property was truly amazing! There's always that fear when booking a vacation home that the home is not what it appears to be in the pictures. This is not the case for this property. The pictures represent exactly what the home is. It was just beautiful and well put together. It felt like a home away from home. The communication with the Property Management Company Summit County Mountain Retreats was the BEST I have ever experienced. From the time of my booking to the day we departed they were very quick to respond. They were EXTREMELY helpful and informative. The Check-in Guide was so informative and so easy to follow. I can't say enough about this Property and the Management company. I am a Travel Agent, although I booked this property for personal reasons I will be recommending this property and Management company to all my colleagues, clients, friends, and family that want to visit Colorado. In the future, I will not even look at another property as I want exclusively to use this Management Company Summit County Mountain Retreats.

Felt like a Dream
We have never been around the mountains but this location woth its amazing views and relaxing atmosphere felt as if we were somewhere we could only dream of. The accommodations let us relax a lot more then expected and the whole house have our family of six enough personal space to enjoy our time here. We loved it and cant wait to return to out home away from home.

Wonderful stay in Silverthorne
This house was the perfect place to stay as part of our family's first trip to Colorado! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house did get a little warm in the afternoon but, as suggested, we opened a few windows and it cooled off quickly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Silverthorne!

Beautiful space, excellent natural light, and views! A 20 minute drive, give or take, to every major ski resort in the area. One and only downside, aside from those ridiculous fees, which can't be avoided, are the late check-in and early check out times.

Family vacation
The house was amazing and the views were spectacular. We appreciated the high-end amenities and attention to detail. The location was great as it was just outside of town to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. There are so many trails around Silverthorne that there is no need to travel far to hike and bike. The development is undergoing a lot of construction, so that was one minor bother. We would definitely stay here again! We had an absolutely wonderful vacation!

Our daughter was getting married in Silverthorne and we desired a rental home vs. condo/townhouse to ensure lack of noisy neighbors on shared walls. This home is beautiful and located in a great, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the upgraded appliances, comfy bedding and fancy master bath. Feel lucky to have found this place.

Family getaway
Our family enjoyed the property immensely. The deck was lovely and the grill was used quite a bite. We loved that there was a timer on the gas for safety. We loved all of the different kitchen appliances that were available for cooking. The scenery was amazing the sunsets were great and the sun rises were just as special. We saw a bear, two deer and two foxes while at the property. We also appreciated the close proximity to the club house and the trails. It was easy to drive to Vail and Breckenridge from the properties location. It was easy to get to Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods. The mattresses and sheets were very comfortable. The property allowed our family to stretch out and all have our own space. We also loved the spacious attached garage that allowed us to pack and unpack with the door being closed. We only would suggest having dimmers on the lights in the great room/ kitchen for more mood lighting. Very small suggestion. We also appreciated the surround sound inside and outside the property. We would definitely use this property again and if anyone is reading this and is on the fence. Book it. End of story.

Summit County
We used this property for a quick family getaway. Location was great-not right in town but not too far away either. Dog park and soccer field close by at the entrance of the sub-division. Check in/out process was easy and contactless. Customer services was excellent, response time to concerns or problems was quick. The only two things that were problematic was that this isn't a kid (younger than 3) friendly house. Nothing was baby proofed and no baby gate. Our 16 month old turned on the stove by himself (thats how easy the turn nobs are to reach)- This is more informative for any others looking to book this location if you have kids. The other problem we ran into was cleanliness. The bedroom fan had piled on dust. There was hair left in the drain in the main bedroom shower. We found popcorn in the seat cushions (and I'll give you a hint we didn't eat any). Once these items were brought to the attention of the management, they did offer to send someone out to clean/fix these problems.
