Tucked into Silverthorne's coveted Blue River Run neighborhood, the neighborhood borders the Blue River and connects easily to the area's extensive recreation path system. Walk or bike toward downtown Silverthorne's restaurants, shops, and events, spend the afternoon beside the neighborhood's private lake, or head out for fishing, paddleboarding, hiking, golf, and endless mountain adventure. The Raven Golf Club and Dillon Reservoir are nearby, while a central Summit County location puts a menu of incredible ski resorts within easy reach.

Main Level
