Place was spotless, well placed along restful Blue River, with a variety of chairs to use along the banks. Despite first floor, I lucked out with a quiet neighbor above me, as the bedroom is weirdly positioned right next to the outdoor stairs. The e lock was very glitchy, every time it took 4-6 tries. But the kitchen was well appointed, nice stay

Father Son Ski Trip

We had a great time. The unit was super clean. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with both cooking utensils, and basic necessities (salt, pepper, etc.). We loved the large hot tub.Only points to consider is there is some mold above the shower on the ceiling that should be addressed and an upstairs neighbor goes to work at 3 am each morning (and is a bit noisy going down the stairs). All in all, it was a great trip and we would stay here again

Very nice apartment. Clean, well-stocked. Only issue was no instructions on how to use door lock. Not intuitive. Had a minor maintenance problem but it was addressed within a couple of hours. Highly recommend if you want a well-located apartment with access to the major ski areas (Breck, Copper, Keystone, Vail, BC).

stay was great! We will go back again. View and surroundings were nice and condo was clean. Loved the kitchen and everything was there that we needed to prepare meals. The only suggestion I would have is a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area it did get a little warm in afternoon.

Great location with beautiful views

Accommodations were exactly as described. The condo is in a great location and is in close proximity to ski resorts. There is fishing and other activities close by as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Mixed experience

Some aspects were very nice, such as the proximity to the Blue River. soundproofing is extremely poor. The person staying in the unit upstairs was very noisy each of 7 nights between the hours of 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. On the first night, he and another person sounded as though they were chopping wood. They noisily left with suitcases about 3 a.m. At 6:22 am (after I got back to sleep briefly), someone rang his doorbell. Very poor sound insulation. On other nights, the upstairs resident played TV in the middle of the night, did laundry, took showers, and otherwise carried out noisy activities. One morning, the person ran a vacuum cleaner at 6 a.m. I contacted Vacasa regarding the noise on the first night. I did not hear the chopping sounds again for five nights, and then there was the same sound in the middle of the 5th night. There were other problems. Due to road construction, it is very hard to find the driveway. On arrival, I had to turn around the block six times before finally finding the correct driveway. There is inadequate marking, especially at dusk when I arrived. It took me 3 days before I was reliably able to find the driveway on first approach. The Internet is slow. The sink disposal malfunctioned on the last day, Wednesday 9/6. I texted Vacasa and they sent a technician named Matt. He was very prompt and polite, and he immediately solved the problem. He gladly addressed two additional issues with the TV. The condo is nicely appointed, but the noise is awful.

Great location, attractive, comfortable condo

Were it not for the fact that there was no coffee and no warning that there would be no coffee, I would have given it 5 stars. I often rent a condo through VRBO and Marriott and have not encountered this before. .

Lovely location

Beautiful Condo, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Suggestions I would make are check out the dryer sounds like metal on metal when running and instructions on how to watch channels on TV.

The location of this cute condo on the Blue River is outstanding. First floor unit backs to the river and walking path with lots of trees. Well equipped, clean and comfy! Close to all. Local amenities as well
