    This condo sits immediately adjacent to the Blue River, granting you easy access to a host of terrific summertime activities like fly fishing or whitewater rafting through KODI Rafting outfitters located just five miles south in Frisco. Head over to Dillon Reservoir (four miles away) or Keystone Lake (eight miles east) for terrific freshwater fishing. And if you plan on spending the day at Dillon Reservoir, visit Stand Up Paddle Colorado - Lake Dillon to rent a paddleboard for some relaxing water adventure. Winter lovers will be thrilled by the proximity to several important ski resorts including the family-oriented resort of Keystone (nine miles away), famous Breckenridge (15 miles away), majestic Copper Mountain (12 miles away), A-Basin (14 miles away), and Loveland (13 miles away). Dillon Town Park is three miles away, and you'll find Walter Byron Park seven miles to the south.

Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this riverfront condo. Great access to nearby ski resorts. The condo had plenty of space for us, and kitchen well stocked. We would stay again.

Lovely vacation spot

Great spot! Loved being able to sit on the patio and listen to the river! We did not bring our kids but it's definitely big enough for a family to stay comfortably. Would highly recommend!

Blue River views

Loved the condo and location. The parking was not good. Advise others to not drive a 1.5 ton pickup truck because there is nowhere to park a vehicle that large.

The stay was very unpleasant as we didn't have hot water the entirety of our stay. The listing also showed a hot tub, but it wasn't available for us to use. Very slow to respond to these major issues.

Great trip!

Had a great trip to Silverthorne. Close to everything! Our teenage boys bike all over! A few dust bunnies under the sink in bathroom and under dresser but everything else was really clean! Bedroom with bunk beds did get really hot and fan in room didn’t put out much air. Could have used a more powerful fan. Otherwise great stay and would stay again! Thank you!

Right on the river

Loved the location. Very nice condo. Extremely clean. Enjoyed the sound of the blue river while enjoying morning coffee. Would've liked some drapes on the sliding glass door and patio windows. Felt like I was on stage for all the walkers and joggers in the evening when the kitchen light was on. Master bath window needs more obstruction. When I can see the second story neighbor through their window, they can see us too. But even with those things it is a wonderful property and would stay again.

Overall good house

Overall the house was nice, and clean. We did have the power go out during our stay which was not caused from Vacasa, but when it went out, there was zero support from customer service. If if they would have forwarded us the alert that was sent out by the power company would have been nice. Only issue we had. Would still recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Really nice unit in Silverthorne

Really great place. Had a fantastic stay and it was a great place to stay for our quick jaunt to ski at Copper. New place (I think) and everything worked really well. No complaints. Couple callouts:1. We had a little trouble find the precise unit because it's actually not visible from the parking area. Some better instructions would be helpful.2. The combination key box was not intuitive. We figured it out by chance. Again, so more detailed instructions would take care of it. But again, we really enjoyed it and had a great stay.

A contemporary respite along the soft roar of the Blue River

We stayed the second week of August '21. The condo was immaculate and stocked with needed applicance, dishware and towels. The furnishings and decor were simple, modern, and of nice quality. As soon as we woke up each morning or returned home late in the afternoon, we spent our time on the porch listening to the river. We loved it.
