We rented this house for 2 weeks, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the house is spectacular, and the sunsets were not to be missed. The house is well-appointed with a Sonos sound system, Dyson hair dryers and vacuums, an outdoor pizza oven, and a Breville espresso machine. The owners have thought about so many little extras, such as fishing rods and games, kept in the garage. We were there in the summer, but we also noticed lots of snow toys. The little town of Silverthorne was extremely cute along the river.

Excellent Home

Had a great time staying at this home. Meticulously maintained and all components in the house, i.e. tvs, grill, hot tub, speakers, etc. well documented by the owner. Very comfortable and the size and equipment in the kitchen was outstanding. Would recommend the property to all that have a large group. Beautiful view out almost all the windows in the house.

This house was completely accurately listed! Very clean had everything you needed and more! You can tell the owners care about your experience and convenience. The views from this house are breathtaking and my family, including our fur baby, loved every minute of our stay!

Great Stay

Our family of 4 plus dog stayed for 9 days in early August. This is our 7th year coming to this area. We found the house to be perfect for our needs. House was clean and organized, beds were great, and overall was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level. Kids loved the video game console and shuffleboard table. Location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely book again. Communication was easy and informative.

Great location, well equipped home!

Beautiful home in a great location, equipped with just about everything you would need. The house -- within a mile or so of Silverthorne restaurants and shops -- is close enough to town for convenience, but still in a secluded location for peace, quiet, and phenomenal views of the Gore Range! The place is equipped with just about everything you could want, including handy low-rise folding chairs for outdoor converts at the Dillon Amphitheater, EV charger, and a super fancy espresso/cappuccino setup that we were too intimidated to try :-). Mary was easy to reach and very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!!

The property owners have provided every item you could think of including a beautiful home, so clean, and timely communication. It was wonderful for my husband and three boys to spread out through the home and enjoy all the rooms. Wonderful memories made!!

Great vacation property

Family (us, daughter and husband, three grandchildren) getaway in Colorado for a week. Very proactive and easy communication with owner. Misunderstanding on how to operate hot tub was resolved in literally a few minutes by text. Property was beautiful and perfect for us.

Amazing location & home!

We traveled with our 3 adult daughters and their spouses. This house worked wonderfully for 8 people - 4 couples. The back mini apartment provided an escape for 1 couple. And the main floor bedroom was a nice separation from the other bedrooms as well. The house location is up high, providing a stunning view with your morning coffee! The kitchen is amazingly stocked - cooking in the house was effective and easy with a group of our size. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Best House I’ve Rented in Summit County

I’ve been coming to summit country every year since the mid 1980’s. I’ve rented houses and condos all over Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Breck, Vail, Avon, etc. Never the same one twice, but I’ll be renting this one again. Fantastic accommodations, breathtaking views (best I’ve ever seen in the area) and fully appointed. A cook’s dream and if you’re into espresso, there are 2 super automatic machines. Host was gracious with a welcome gift and an invitation to enjoy everything in the home responsibly. Can’t say enough nice things, so you’d better reserve it before I do!

Breathtaking property!!

We simply had the best time! The property was breathtaking. We stay at quite a few VRBO properties, and this house was perhaps the most well-stocked house we've rented. We always come prepared, but it is nice when you forget something like chili powder and can open up the cupboard and find it there. The property is close to everything, and the games kept our four teenagers plenty busy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. We highly recommend it without reservation.

Beautiful home with mountain views

Villa Panda is the perfect place for our family gathering. The home is well stocked and has everything we need and more. Great kitchen and pizza oven, superb coffee machine, and very comfortable bedrooms. The hosts go out of their way to be responsive, make us welcome, and attend to any needs. And the views of the mountains - wow. Five Stars.

Last of summer mountain blast

Great house with awesome mountain views. One of the most well appointed Vrbo's we have stayed in. It had an outdoor pizza oven for heavens sake!! Location was also outstanding as were the hosts.

Better than expected !!

This home was excellent. In addition to a great location, the little things were much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen, fireplaces, hot tub, and pizza oven! Furthermore, we have places to talk as a family and places to go when we wanted alone time. Very much appreciated.

Amazing Summer Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this beautiful home! It was a perfect fit for our family of 8 adults. The location is amazing with so many activities in the surrounding area and the house is filled with every possible amenity you might need. The view is great and our next goal is to go back for a winter vacation.

Beautiful property, misrepresented on website

This home is beautiful with amazing views. This home is also grossly misrepresented on the website & by the owner. The website & our contract stated max 14 persons occupancy for sleeping & up to 30 max for an event. We were having a small wedding reception with just close family & friends, right at 30 people attending and 13 people sleeping in the home. We spoke with the owner 1 week before, verified we were having a wedding reception with 30 people & she stated "thats perfect". We signed a new contract 3 days before that stated twice within the contract 14 persons max for sleeping. We only had 13 people & even listed the names in the contract. During our reception, we got a call from the owner stating that the neighbors had complained about the number of cars & people & that the sheriff was on her way to evict us. The owner claimed that she sent us an email the day we arrived letting us know that we could only have 8 people total. We did not locate any emails but even if she did email us it is impossible to have an event planned, caterers & rentals paid for & all guests arriving from out of state that same day & simply cancel. The sheriff did show up, & also stated max of 5 cars which was never disclosed to us nor was it stated on the website or in the contract. We had contracts & printouts for proof so we were not fined nor evicted but it did dampen the wedding reception. We would not have rented this place if it didnt allow events, that was the whole reason we were there.

Everything exceeded our expectations. 2 friends of 58 years plus my brother were there. My one friend and I actually lived in Silverthorne exactly 50 years ago, working, playing and having fun. We actually lived in an A Frame just above this home, although we looked for several hours, could not find. That was one of the reasons for visiting the area. The other was to enjoy the little time we have left. I have been fighting cancer for 3 years, and all treatments failed. So instead of trying first stage clinical trials, I've decided to enjoy life as much as possible, while I am still healthy and able to, and let things run its course. This was my first trip with my close friends, and the many other trips coming up will be with my honey, and love of my life. This home made us all very comfortable, and welcoming. Although we did not use the jacuzzi, bbq grill, or cook, everything was in excellent condition. Perfect place for a family vacation, reunion, or just a place to kick back and enjoy. Great restaurants, bar and grills to visit.
