THERE'S PLENTY OF PARKING EVEN FOR BIG TRUCKS. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY POOR, ONLY WAFFLES AND BREAD. THE JUICE MACHINE DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. THE ROOMS ARE ALL RIGHT, REQUIRES A LITTLE MORE DETAIL ON CLEANING. ALL THE ROOMS HAVE THE SMALL TOILET SEAT :(

Very basic. Staff were neutral and bored. Room was basic with the tv stand Hal pulled out from the wall. Coffee maker didn’t even have all its parts Clean but that’s about it. Doors opening and shutting were very loud.

Close to shopping but the property is not a typical La Quinta. Our room was not clean, the fitness room equipment was broken and unusable, marginal breakfast, and the guest laundry was dirty. Basically this is a dive hotel but yet very expensive. Poor value. Never again.

The property is FILTHY!! We had to buy blow up mattresses to sleep on as the sheets were stained up and dirty. Actual visible mud and dirt! Toilet was yellow and had pee on it. Toilet paper was rolled out and the shower was like something out of a horror movie! Walls coming apart. Cable cords running out of giant hole in wall. Dresser was missing a portion of itself. Could not have imagines ever experiencing a situation like this! Talked to front desk about this and many other disugting issues with a response of "our housekeepers get 30 rooms each and we are about to get new owners so they dont care at all about cleanliness. We can try to find another room that maybe a housekeeper cared more about if YOU PERSONALLY want to go search for one, I know thats a lot of work but you can if you want!" Those are just some bullet points. Was hoping using expedia they would have offered us a refund so we could have packed up and went elsewhere, but no luck! Stay in hotels consistently and have never had a problem. They told us expedia makes it hard on them to fix any issues and not to use expedia again if we ever wanted to get immediate feedback. 10/10 do not recommend.

Room was functional the necessities worked but the flooring was peeling up and besides the mattresses nothing had been updated for a long time. The breakfast was very limited and some days ran out of food.

The lobby, pool & spa were quite nice. Our room, beds & desk were pleasant But: lighting over sink somewhat dim for applying makeup, there were no water glasses or tissues, the towel bar & flooring near bathtub need maintenance.

The rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. The rooms were run down with use. Our small couch sunk half way to the floor when you sat on it. The hot tub had a gallon of sand in it.

Property needed some maintenance. The breakfast was not that great. Location was good. Front desk attendant was helpful. local restaurants and shopping.

Property is old and needs a refresher but it was also dirty. Hair in shower, walls and doors with gunk, and they need more front desk staff. We were move to a new room for our second night when the heat stopped working in the first room.

The Hotel is under staff you cant identify who works there they look like the guest no name tag uniform etc, the hotel restroom in the lobby are dirty the breakfast for lack of better words looks bad.

They can never seem to figure out how to get rid of ice on their hill of a driveway. For breakfast, both toasters broken, one waffle maker, and things ran out so fast, not replenished. The room was very run down from the last few times we’ve stayed… outlets coming out of wall, floors buckling like they’ve been flooded, paint peeling, blood on shower curtain. Ick. Downstairs bathrooms, no TP or paper towels. Our neighbor playing mariachi music blasting and karaoke singing til late at night… we tried calling front desk, they didn’t answer… so we didn’t hardly get sleep. I rarely write negative reviews… but our stay was awful.

Very old and poorly kept. Needs paint, carpet update at least. Water damage on floors in the bathroom. The pool, hot tub area really needs to be redone. Glass doors in pool area have rusty padlocks on them. One of the stalls in the restroom by the pool had no toilet. The hot tub has sand on the bottom.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a very long time. I travel around the world - and this is still one of the worst, even compared to some in very poor countries. The condition of this property has made me pledge not to stay at a La Quinta hotel ever again.

Breakfast included? Not really. There is seating for over 60 in the breakfast room. The room was full every morning and people waiting. Only hot food is a waffle and there is only one waffle iron. Who has an hour to wait to cook your waffle. We went to Wendy’s across the street.

Nice spacious room, good breakfast, great location near ski hills and outlet malls. Shower water was barely luke warm so we showered in pool area. Hot tub had a very full layer of sand at the bottom (which looked like it could be vacuumed out easily, but wasn’t at all during our 6 night stay.)

I have been a traveling business executive for 50 years. I have stayed in many many different hotels over this time period. I must say this hitel is one of the dirtiest, big infected , non operating shower, gross toilet seat, filthiest hitel I have every stayed in. I will be disputing the charges

Old property , heat didn’t work all that great , trouble with TV -the staff did help that. Dirty , bathroom falling apart , stained duvet. Old cheap towels , elevator scary noises , slow , felt at any second it would breakdown, inconvenient parking for people that have mobility issues. Requested room in first floor due to MS, fridge smelled like something died in it. I’ve stayed in some old hotels but at least they felt and looked clean . Slept in my clothes on top of the sheets

Pubic hair on toilet seat/bowl leads me to believe that there was a run through the motion of cleaning, but no actual cleaning took place. This is a good hotel to get the job done, i.e. sleep before skiing.

Looks and sleeps like a hotel that was amazing 15 years ago and hasn’t been maintained since. All the staff were outstanding; communication was friendly, all appearances looked adequate until…heating, comfort, shower, basic cleanliness were *just* not up to a living standard. Seems there’s so much potential given the few opportunities for hotel rooms in summit county

Average; Housekeeper attempted to enter room
Nothing special about this hotel, other than it was the cheapest fare that night and is relatively close to the ski resorts. My one complaint was that we were woken up at ~915am to the housekeepers cleaning rooms on our floor; and that a housekeeper tried opening our door WITHOUT knocking or stating they were a housekeeper!! The room did not come with a 'do not disturb sign', but still they should have announced themselves and knocked. The only reason they did not get into my room was due to the sliding door lock. I find this very unprofessional and downright rude. Overall.. average place

When I walked into the room, the thermostat was set to 83 and the room temp was a steamy 77 degrees (in January). There were no plastic water cups or coffee cups. There was also a prior guest's used towel left hanging on the back of the bathroom. I've stayed at other La Quinta's that were much nicer.

I liked my room and view of the mountains. The staff is super nice and check in/out was fast. The firm beds are super comfortable, great for tired skiers! Everything worked perfectly, TV, plumbing, hot water, refrigerator, microwave. The room is spacious for a economy hotel room. By todays standards, some may say the bathroom area is small. I don't know why people wrote below average reviews for this property, I found everything very nice and would definitely come here again. A good value.
