I wanted to give this place a higher ranking, but just could not in good conscience do so. I’ve rented thru VRBO for over 15 years and have also rented some of my properties thru their site, as I am an owner also. The owner and manager was extremely courteous and concerned .Here are assessments :1 House on circle drive, not a cul-de-sac2 Ample parking 3 Living area in front of TV very small4 TV worked beautifully 5 The kitchen was very small but VERY well equipped with spices, condiments, paper towels, and MANY cooking accessories.6 The laundry room had excellent washer and dryer facilities and some storage 7 Game room in garage not heated, required coat to use8 Foosball upstairs in bedroom, no privacy9 Metal blinds over sliding doors did not open or close easily10The lighting in the upstairs bedrooms was poor and there was an offensive odor until we sprayed the carpet with a carpet cleaner/deodorizer. 11 No storage for clothes in upper bedrooms 12 My daughter’s hand was burned as well as the wall next to the lamp she was trying to plug-in because of broken cord13 Only enough hot water for 1 1/2 showers at a time14 A gap at base of back sliding door that let blowing snow accumulate inside dining during storm15 Large deck with good view, but not very useful in Winter House is really best for two families only with understanding that small kids use upstairs bedrooms and that issues such as hot water, heat, blinds be corrected

Great for a family trip!

The house was easy to locate and check-in was a breeze. Our family of 10 found it to be clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and ping-pong tables as well as the hot tub and then sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful views. There are several hiking trails nearby, great afternoon shopping and good restaurant choices for dinner.

Evan was great and very helpful and the house was perfect. We went for a ski trip but didn't even go skiing. Not even mad though because the game room was awesome with the pool/ping-pong/beer-pong table. All around great experience!

Fabulous!

This was the perfect house and location for our annual mens ski trip. 10 of us fit comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked to cooking large meals. Convenient to many ski resorts. Highly recommend.

Best Place to Bring Friends Together

I booked this house for my husband's 40th birthday for a long weekend. We have friends from high school, college, and beyond and I wanted to be able to bring them all together to celebrate. It was perfect - everyone had their own space, but we also had the game room, the spa, and the main living area to be together. The first day most everyone went skiing, but then the second day we just stayed at the house and went sledding down the driveway and hot tubbing! And, for dinner, we were able to walk into town (a longer walk, but definitely doable). At night, we played pool and games at the house. Evan was incredibly helpful and communicative, and he really made us feel welcome. Thank you for an awesome weekend!

Great spot in the middle of 3 resorts - while there went to copper, A basin and Breck. Temp control in the hose worked great and Evan was quick to help with whatever we needed.

Panoramic Paradise

The motivation for our stay was a family reunion. The age range for the 10 of us was 18 thru 55 ( there was 1 infant). It was the perfect amount of communal space as well as independent bedrooms for solitude. The amenities were exceptional particularly for the diverse needs of 10 people. The location was convenient and the owners were very attentive. We are truly thankful for the experience and would definitely go back.

Silverthorne ski trip

Myself and 7 guy friends booked this home in Silverthorne for a ski trip. This home is located centrally to all the major ski resorts vail, breck,copper,beaver, and keystone. We enjoyed the home with an awesome spa room, garage for all your ski equipment, and enough beds for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. The host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Great location to stay!

Had a ski trip planned and this location what in the center of the locations we wanted to go. Easily fit slept 10 and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend considering this for a group stay!

Perfect winter vacation

We arrived early and the owner was very accommodating . When we arrived, check in was a breeze; I was sent the key code and that was it. The basement has a game room with darts and a pool table, which the kids really enjoyed. The connected hot tub meant that after a long day of skiing, you didnt have to leave back out to relax. There is a smart tv in the living room, with large TVs in the downstairs bedrooms, and another in the upstairs loft. The kitchen has plenty of cups, knives, forks, and plates. There are plenty of pots/pans, making cooking a breeze. The large dining room table was ideal for spending time as family. I would suggest that if you're visiting in the winter, make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle. The owner did he best to keep the area clean, but snow comes fast in the mountains. The house is close to everything! Keystone is less than 10 miles away, down one road. Copper mountain is about the same. Frisco Adventure park isnt far, plus there is plenty of food and shopping near by. The owner was always available and checked up on us multiple times. It was really appreciated. We loved it! Will be back again.

Colorado ski trip

The great room & kitchen worked well for our group of 7-9 adults. The location was great. Beautiful views, nice porch, easy parking. The host was accessible & helpful. The bedrooms were fair, we were disappointed in the “loft” rooms as they were quite basic- ok for college kids or children. The game room was the garage- cold, dimly lit & smelly(garbage is kept there).

Fun stay

Great property! Clean and cozy. Indoor hot tub was used nightly. Small stock of essentials was nice for our short trip. Plenty of beds and space for our group. Location to shops/restaurants and the slopes was ideal.

Great location

Close to several ski areas. On a pretty secluded street. Wonderful enclosed hot tub. A steam shower that was very nice. Beautiful view of Silverthorn and the mountains. The kids enjoyed the game room. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and helpful. I'm sure it is great in the summer too with the beautiful deck overlooking the town and mountain and the area out back with grill, etc. May have to come back in the summer and check it out.
