The house was very clean and welcoming. We brought our own games and then discovered the chest had a bunch of them. All age-appropriate for us in attendance. The hot tub was not very hot the first day but the rest of our stay it was great. Distance to the ski hill was perfect. Thank you

Lots of kitchen utensils were broken. The cleaning crew did a poor job prepping the unit for our stay; we had pet hair all over our socks after just a few minutes!

Good but need improvement

Communication, location are all excellent, but sheets are extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned. Basement heater doesn’t work and that’s where the majority of bedrooms are located, it was also never fixed.

Family ski vacation

The location and view were good. Kitchen was relatively well stocked. TV, internet, WiFi worked well. Significant maintenance and updates needed: lightbulbs, shower curtains, beds/bedding, flooring in kitchen, bathroom fan in master, cracked window in master, no entry rug. Lacking or inaccurate description: levels of house, hot tub location. Heating was difficult to regulate— the last 2 nights and day of stay were very cold (60 degrees and non responsive to/incongruent with thermostat setting (for the multiple thermostats throughout unit).

Nice getaway near Keystone

This property has the views! Overlooking I70, Silverthorne and Dillon Reservoir, we had the best sunrise. The property is clean and cozy. The 3 level of stairs give you a bit of a workout, but we would definitely book again!

Great house!

The house was clean and of ample size for our party, which consisted of six adults. SkyRun was extremely communicative and particularly helpful after I foolishly left something at the property after checkout. The pipes can be a bit creaky but that may just be a house in a very cold area.

Bedrooms separated from main living area by 2 flights of stairs, but great views

We rented this beautiful townhouse during the last week of Sept. The view of the fall colors from the top floor balcony was spectacular. The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating with beautiful views from every location. The fireplace was nice in the morning when temperatures were cool. The kitchen was very functional though it is always challenging to cook in someone else’s kitchen. The most important thing for renters to know is that the three bedrooms are in the basement and the main living area is the top floor. The middle level is the same level as the garage and has the owner suite and balcony which are not included in the rental. Adjusting to altitude along with two flights of stairs between the bedrooms and main living area was challenging in the first part of the week. But after lots for nearby hiking, we eventually adapted. Yes, we would stay here again. The management company was very responsive and the view was worth the hike from the basement to the top floor multiple times a day.

Very nice place in near many hiking trails, stores, and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. It was a bit of a walk to the hot tub and pool.

Amazing views!!!

The views of Dillon lake were amazing from the deck and the living room windows. Very clean. New Appliances. Easy check in. Be sure to check the pictures and the descriptions of the bedrooms. It says 4 bedrooms and it is. One bedroom is a pull out couch. It does say the couch in the description but we missed that and went with the pictures showing 4 beds. We enjoyed our time and had plenty of room. Very close to Silverthorn, Dillon, Frisco and more. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect for our family vacation

We loved our stay! This condo was so spacious and perfect! Plenty of room for our group of 7. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied. It was very clean and so cozy! The pool and hot tub were a nice perk especially for our 2 kiddos! We couldn’t get over the incredible view. Would definitely like to return in the future! :)

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this property. Living area (living room, kitchen, dining room) was spacious and comfortable. Three bedrooms downstairs and one small bedroom/office upstairs. Fabulous view. Very convenient to be able to use the garage. Located close to many ski areas - Vail, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. and close to shopping and restaurants. Only downside was four flights of stairs between bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs.

Good vacation

Overall a great stay. With in a hour of ski resorts between Winter Park and Vail. Plenty of room for 2 familys. One thing i wish they had was a rug when you walked in from the garage and front door to help with the sand. That is pretty minor. All and all a good trip and place to stay.
