One with everything

A lovely well kept home, everything you could possibly need for a great summer or winter holiday. Close to swimming beach, wood fire . Will be back again. Philip island holiday homes great to deal with, all so easy.

Quiet area

Location for beach and golf is good. keysafe entry simple and efficient. House was comfortable but would benefit from a makeover and a good clean, however beds were very comfortable and clean. Had plenty crockery etc in kitchen and a good size fridge, laundry room was good allowing washing of clothes to be done whilst there with kids was a bonus. Silverleaves is a very nice area, and the beach is wonderful and very safe for children . We had a lovely 6 day break with grandchildren and family.

House perfection.

We stayed at the house with 4 adults, 8 children and 4 small dogs. We have stayed in houses through most of the holidays all over Victoria. This was a great experience as the beach was within 5-10 minute easy walk. The fences at the property were exceptionally secure which is always great when travelling with dogs. We really appreciate being able to stay in places with dogs so put blankets and sheets all over the furniture to protect it. Big indoor and out door tables which was great for games nights. Weather was good so we didn't use the fireplace but can imagine it would be lovely on a cold night. We had a fantastic time and exhausted dogs by the end of the stay. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend the property for a lovely dog friendly, beach access and great position. We always try to leave a property better than we found it but this time it was impossible. It was just perfect. Thank you.

Nice place

Nice place in a great neighbourhood. Walk to the beach and close to Cowes. Everything we needed for a family catch up. The house needs a good clean. Apparently the cleaners came through before us but it didn’t seem like it. The bedding was filthy and the mattresses also. I bought new bedding so my kids didn’t have to use the ones provided.

Wonderful home wonderful stay

A lovely welcoming home suited for all of us. Sliding door to bbq area was a bit of a problem my only suggestion. Thank you loved our stay 👍

Family Getaway

Very clean, spacious house with open fire. Everything required was there and very clean and well presented. Nice homely place to stay and the family all had fun.

Perfect house, bad neighbours

The house was fantastic, perfect rooms and bathroom, very clean and accommodating! Close to the attractions! The only downfall was definitely the neighbourhood. We felt as though we got picked on for being a young group and had the police called on us and received threats from the neighbours, including swearing and name calling for very small and minor reasons. That was very disappointing. Overall, incredible house, incredible owners, however the neighbours definitely let it down. Thankyou for having us!

Our Great Weekend at The Haven

We had a wonderful weekend at The Haven. Everything we could think of was at our fingertips. So refreshing to see the little things provided, ie. gladwrap, teatowels & washing powder. The location was great, the beds comfy and the fireplace warming. Such a great place to escape for a weekend...or more.

Loved our second visit to the Haven!

My friends and I loved our second visit to the Haven and enjoyed the location and facilities available. Only downside was there were little cleaning supplies and not enough toilet paper was provided. The booking page also said internet access however we were unable to connect to the internet as it was password protected. Overall, we really enjoyed our short trip and are keen to book the Haven again next year! Would have given 4.5 stars if I could!

Most other properties have a minimum hire of 2 days, so it was nice to be able to get a homely, comfortable, clean place for a family to stay overnight. Probably a pedestal fan in the rooms that do not have them, would be nice on a warm night.

Fabulous Fun for Families

We had the most incredible time at The Haven. It has everything a family could want and more. It is clean and family friendly. Plenty of room inside and great space outside. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the whole house so beautifully warm. We will definitely be going back. We have toddlers and teenagers and everyone was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.
