The location of the chalet is perfect, the facilities are quite comprehensive, and the spa adds real value.However, the cleanliness was not up to standard (the vacuum cleaner filter was clogged, so we took it apart and cleaned it to be able to vacuum the floor), the extractor hood was ineffective (filter), the rugs had never been shaken out, and we had to clean the barbecue before we could use it (the grill had not been cleaned). The linens (towels) need to be replaced as they are frayed, and some sheets had yellow stains.Finally, the bedding is very, very worn, which is a real problem for our backs (and we are lightweights), so I think some investment is needed.With a clean apartment and good bedding, it would be worth 5 stars, but it's not there yet.
