Terrific home for a large family or group with kids. Separate spaces, large dining room table, and well equipped kitchen. Ski room and wax bench was great to have along with easy access to trails and the village. We had a few minor repairs that were needed and the host company responded within the hour. Highly recommend this place for a trip to SilverStar!

Weekend trip

I have nothing but positive words after my stay and experience with silver star stays. Their prompt and friendly staff and communication were of the highest standard and I would definitely recommend any large group or families to come and stay here. The house is beautiful and so spacious the photographs don't do it justice not to mention the incredible location being just steps from the piste and village. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Family ski holiday

This beautiful chalet is located in the perfect spot. It was easy to ski in/out, walk to the village, tube town and even skating. We had 10 adults, 2 children and a baby and we never felt crowded. We especially enjoyed sitting all together at the table for meals. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. We would absolutely book again.

Great house for multiple families

We had a great stay. Loved all the different spaces in the house. Each family had a large room to themselves and most had ensuites. The basement felt like its own little suite and was nice and cool. Plus the house was literally next to the village which was really nice. Would rent again.

Relaxing retreat

The setting was beautiful accommodations or very nice. We reported a malfunction in the fan off the kitchen in the bathroom. It was overheating and the switch on the wall did not turn the fan off so we unplugged in the ceiling. Would be nice to have sharper knives when cutting certain foods. But otherwise accommodations was great we had a wonderful time weather was wonderful

A home away from home

The property was perfect for our group of 11 (3 couples, 4 teenagers and 1 single adult). All the beds were comfortable and there were a number of pullout couches. There was space to watch TV, cuddle up on the comfy couches to read, make puzzles... The kitchen was well-stocked in order for us to make our planned meals. Room for everyone to sit around the table. Ski-in if you made it to Silverwoods chair by 3:15 for its last ride up. If you like to ski right up until the last Comet Express chair, then you need to go through the village and walk 4min up from the parking lot. Technically ski-out, however, you must cross the road and it is a flat stretch through the village to top of hill. And the hot tub was very appreciated!

perfect place to be together but have a bit of space

this is a great place for a large group of people to be together but large enough that everyone has a nook to escape to when the group gets to be too much everything was beautiful.

Self isolating in beautiful BC

location is ideal. Parking is challenging with a very narrow spot for two cards and access to garage only possible if no roof box. Cabing is very well supplied with towels and bedding. Kitchen requires more saucepans and cookware dishes if having to feed 10 (Covid 19 prevented any meals out). Fridge and stove adequately sized for 12. Appreciated instant refund for when we had to leave for four of party to return to US before border closed.

Will Visit Again

We had a group of around 10 people in the summer here. Check in was easy, nice big kitchen, lots of room, bbq, hot tub, secure mountain bike storage, and great proximity to the village. There were even board games and puzzles! Hosts were very responsive. Ultimately, I would choose this place again. The only issues were the garage door was too short so we couldn’t pull our trucks or SUVs with roof boxes inside (which meant street parking got tricky). The bbq was in need of a serious de-greasing. And the basement pull out bed was not comfortable. But ultimately these were not very big issues for us and we were able to work around them. The pros really outweigh the cons with this place! We will be back for sure

The property was as advertised. We have no issues with the booking process or with the property itself. Communication with the rental company was through email and we always recieved prompt responses. I recomend this property and company.

Location, Location, Location

Great set-up. Stayed for a month during January 2018. Allowed us all the fantastic combination of community living and privacy. The group of us that stayed there could find that elusive private space so no-one felt they were on top of each other. Facilities were perfect - and the hot tub welcome !!! The ability to ski-in/ski-out was an absolute blessing, especially for the early starts. As a bonus the Village was little more than 5 minutes walk away along the skiway. Would highly recommend the property.
