Everything was perfect! The house was clean and organized. Game room was a bonus and great place for the kiddos to hang. Enough bedrooms for 3 families to have their own space/bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful house. We did a lot of cooking and everything you needed was at your fingertips. The location worked out great for our adventures. Saco river for tubing, North Conway, Mount Cranmore coaster all 20 to 30 minutes away. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit for the kids.

Perfect large family home!

The house was fantastic. It was perfect for our family group of 11 with the two living room spaces and game room. We loved the big, fully equipped kitchen and huge dining table! The location was central to town and winter activities. Enjoyed making memories at this home!

Family getaway

This property was beautiful! My family, and I loved it so much. It was clean, wonderfully located, and was filled with everything a great family weekend could consist of. The game room was amazing, we had so much fun! We would definitely stay at this property again everyone loved it!

80th birthday celebration

Loved the property layout & offerings. Bedding was really comfortable. Game room was great. Table for 12 provided a nice gathering space. Kids loved the double bunks. Close enough to Kangamangus Highway & North Conway for 1/2 day trips. We had a great weekend and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay with kids - the bunk beds were a huge hit, even the adults wanted to stay in that room. Kids and adults had a blast in the playroom. Huge living room/dinning room/kitchen combo. Home was located in a quiet neighborhood on a huge lot. Very close to NH amenities. Rental company was super helpful before and during our stay, Courtney was so nice and gave great advise for places to visit. Can't wait to stay at Birch Landing again and explore NH more!

One of the highlights was the abundance of games available, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. From board games for the little ones to more challenging options for the teenagers, there was something for everyone. The location was also ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories together. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway, especially for special occasions like Thanksgiving!
