"This was a lovely VRBO. Spacious, clean, well stocked and even fresh flowers! Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! That said there was some other great hiking nearby (recommend Willow Lake Trail). Thanks for a nice stay!"

"Overall a very nice spot. Quiet neighborhood , very clean and well kept, kitchen stocked with basics like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Would have been nice to have directions on how to adjust the thermostat as it was set to drop to 60 degrees at night. And unscented/hypoallergenic detergent/fabric softener would be preferable as all the towels smelled like perfume and caused a skin reaction. "

"This property was perfect for our family of four. It was cozy with warm blankets, comfortable beds, and comfortable seating. The views were unbelievable! We loved sitting on the front porch, reading a good book, and just taking in the majesty of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The cabin is a short drive from town. "Room dirty from prior users. Told somone had used code to sneak into room for free night. I asked for code to be updated, and owner refused. I didn't feel my belongings were safe when I left for the day. Room was "cleaned" before I moved in for the weekend. But the place had layers of grime from inadequate cleaning, I'm guessing for at least a year -- grime, uncleaned stickly floors and debris filled corners, thick dust and cobwebs on EVERYTHING.
