"I stayed at the Blue Door Home Base apartment for a month to attend a summer class at local WCU. The apartment was wonderful in every way. Great location, super clean & comfy. The property owner is extremely helpful and responsive & he's thought of everything you could possibly need. It's a great rental & I really enjoyed my stay!"

"The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

"Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...

"The loft apartment was the perfect size and was built and designed incredibly well. Jim and Diane were great hosts who greeted us and welcomed us onto their beautiful property. Jim and Diane have built a lovely home and garden. The woodwork is phenomenal. Jim gave us a great rec for dinner. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!"
