Great location to downtown, beach. Kitchen and furnishing updated and in great condition. Negatives would be the lock on the backdoor, air conditioning from the ceiling that could not be controlled from our apartment. The pool was great and had plenty of seating. Only issue with the Dolphin apartment is the many windows, which kind of made it feel like living in a fish bowl. That might not be an issues for others.

The place was clean and location was perfect! 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the village. It’s really great and helpful that they provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella.

Great location, but lacking amenities/supplies

We spent a week in dolphin villa. We are frequent visitors to Siesta and knew this was a good location. A short walk to village and beach. The unit was recently renovated. I read the reviews so was prepared for the low water pressure and no toiletries. You’ll get 2 tiny bars of soap and 2 toilet paper rolls and just enough towels. There’s a laundry machine on property, but who wants to do wash on vacation? We bought dish detergent and extra tp and left it behind for the next folks. There were no beach chairs. Just a wagon is provided and an umbrella had been left behind from previous tenants. Some units seemed to have a single, crappy chair- but ours had none. I’ve never stayed at a rental without chairs. We bought 2 and left for the next tenants. Hope they’ll be there when you arrive! Half way through our stay we started to experience weird smells- we discovered a baby diaper behind the couch! We also discovered that when the folks above cook, smells travel down through the vents. we ended up getting an air freshener and leaving some windows cracked. I’ll say any communication w manager was pretty quick although no fix found. Speaking of the upstairs unit- you’ll hear every step they take. There was 6 adults above and it was noisy. The shower is VERY small. Bathroom sink is in w the toilet- odd choice but functional. Ok spot for a night or 2-but if looking to relax in-unit and not need to outsource supplies, I’d look elsewhere.

Location, Location, Location

We stayed in the Dolphin unit. It was very clean and updated. We loved the location to the beach and village. We enjoyed the pool also. One thing we would recommending is the shower low water pressure and the fixture looks very old. Would highly recommend staying in this unit again.

Terrific Beach Cottage

The Dolphin Villa was perfect for my husband and I for a birthday getaway! The unit is newly renovated and it was very clean. It’s a great location with only a few minute walk to the beach or to the Siesta Key Village for food and shopping. Natty is an awesome host and was very quick to respond to mesaages. The unit is great for two people, the shower is very small but everything else was roomy. We had a wonderful stay at the Dolphin Villa and an awesome trip to Siesta Key!

Siesta Key

Cute unit. Nice pool. Close to town and beach. TV in MB didn’t work. Internet sketchy. Roku tv. We didn’t need the tv so much, as we were out most of the time.

Easy access to beach and village

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The listing mentioned washer/dryer and I assumed that was in unit and it wasn’t. The freezer didn’t have an ice maker or ice trays. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed. I would stay here again as long as I didn’t need to wash anything. I never did find a washer and dryer, but I also didn’t look very hard around the property.

Cozy and cute

This little place was great for a 3 day stay. This little cottage is perfect for 2 people. Walking distant to everything. Lots of Restaurants to choose from. Great little grocery store for all those necessities . Would highly recommend this place for a short stay No power behind the bed and a lower pull on the bedroom fan is needed. Otherwise it was great .

Overall great stay. The location is the overwhelming factor with its proximity to the village and the beach. The kitchen and the internet were our biggest complaints. The lack of kitchen utensils and appliances and the layout were frustrating for us as we were there for a month. Internet was hit or miss in different rooms.

Perfect location

This property is the perfect spot for a short trip to Siesta Key. Walking distance to the beach and to the Village made it easy for us to get in all of the important spots during a long weekend trip. The property itself was clean and a good size for 2 people.

Great place walking distance to beach

This place is great for a couple who wants to get away . You can walk to the beach and also have access to the pool when not at the beach. It’s so close to the village so everything is walking distance. The only con was that the shower was so small and water pressure was so low.

Great location

Location made easy walk to all the bars and restaurants and beach! Only issues were no canal view from room as listed, AC was non stop, unable to regulate temp, there was a constant farm smell in the condo, only one hand towel, and tiny shower made shaving legs impossible unless you’re a contortionist. Lol
