We celebrated by daughters 5th birthday with family at the beautiful waterfront property. The house came equipped with everything you would need. I would totally stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family! From the bikes to the kayaks, we always had something to do. The pool and hot tub were great. We ended up renting a golf cart, which helped with driving around the area and parking.

Summer Vacation with grandkids

The property was very well maintained and just right for our extended family of six. The pool was delightful and brand new 2 months ago.Only problem, it was to far from the beach to walk with little ones and grandparents in the heat. And parking was a challenge at the beach. The property itself was excellent. And the couple questions and concerns we asked about were dealt with immediately.

Amazing

Our family absolutely Loved this property! The house was amazing! Very clean and delivered on everything thst is listed on VRBO. They went above and beyond!! When we walked into the house, we were greeted with soothing music and gourmet cupcakes Welcoming us to the property.! Our family enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. The pool and the hot tub was wonderful! This was such a great family vy. We will definitely vacation with them again!

Girls Birthday Week

All of us liked the property. The pool definitely needs to have some sort of a handrail put in. It's kinda scary getting in and out of the pool once its wet around the pool area. The table is so close to the edge of the pool. The area around the pool is very tight for the amount of people we had staying there. Not room to get comfortable without being afraid of falling in the pool. Also the water temp in the master bath never got hot. The management company sent someone out and he said it was hot when he tried it. It never got hot in there and as a result we had to shower in the other bathroom. Also, the bath towels there are made of a very cheap material and not soft AT ALL. The house is nice but you can tell its rented non-stop. Showing wear and tear.

Family Vacation

This property was easily the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the house. They had plenty of activities and games for our 2 year old as well as bikes, cornhole boards, and beach chairs for the adults. We plan to come back to the same house next year!

This is a wonderful house. The pool is large and screened in, which is a luxury. The furnishings are nice and updated. We appreciated the beach toys in the garage and the games in the closet. My whole family loved it!

Villa Champaigne Vacation

The property was fantastic. Was very clean with a great location. Villa Champaigne would be a wonderful rental for anyone-especially families. Our family had the best time staying there. There were bikes(6!) to ride, 3 kayaks, wonderful pool with hot tub, and plenty of room. A special shout out to Amy. Amy responded to my questions in a very timely manner and really went out of her way to take care of us. I would highly recommend Villa Champaigne and Cottages On The Key for any vacation needs.

Great house

We had a great time at Villa Champagne. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub! The house was close to everything and was well stocked! Would definitely recommend this house to any family!

Perfect location!

Great property, 10 min walk to beach and also very close to great restaurants and shops! Lovely pool/hot tub overlooking the canal. The house could use a little TLC in places but we loved having access to kayaks, bikes, cornhole, basketball- lots of recreation for families.

Beautiful home. Easy to use for a family of 8. Provided all necessary items which made it easier since we flew and didn’t bring anything but clothes and personal items. Close to everything. We chose to rent a golf cart as that was simpler to take to beach with 4 riding furnished bikes. Definitely would rent again!

Great Stay

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We spent several days in the pool, kayaked, fished, took early morning bike rides to the beaches and coffee shops. Conveniently located close to the village shops and restaurants. We have stayed in Siesta Keys 6 times now and have rented from the cottages twice. We love it here!!

Great location and house!

We had a great time staying in Siesta Key. The house was great with a nice outdoor area and within a bike ride to the pickleball courts, beach and bars/restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house and this area for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 8. Pool and hot tub are great. Location is good. Very peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it if you want it! Easy walking distance to the beach. Bikes, wagons, and beach toys in the garage. Water view is beautiful. There is a dock but no room for a boat due to the automatic lift.
