Need light in the pool area, Mattress not good. Bring your own dishwasher, the one they have is eyedrops size. Good location, each bedroom has a bathroom , super clean

Overall I’d give it a 4.5. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were perfect for our group of 15. The pool was lovely - although it would be nice to have an umbrella over the shallow area for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. The third floor deck is awesome, but so hot! An umbrella up there would have been nice. The proximity to the beach was great and the chairs and wagon were wonderful.The biggest cons - the steps. There are a lot. It was also really inconvenient to not have indoor steps out to the pool directly, there were only the hot metal spiral ones from the second floor. The last thing is the noise from downtown- it was very loud on both Friday and Saturday nights. We were really surprised at how late it went on. Nice property overall. We had a great time.

Home away from home!

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key Village for years now and this is our first time staying in a home. It was wonderful! We were so excited to be located so close to the village restaurants/shops and the beach! The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from the third floor balcony. The rooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom/shower which made it great to get ready simultaneously. The home had everything we needed for a family of 14 (exception; we did have a 1yr old and had to bring a crib & high chair but we were prepared for that). The pool is huge and the shallow end was perfect for kids playing. The one important thing for people to understand before booking are the stairs. There are a lot and they are steep so it would be difficult for some. Two of the bedrooms and the main kitchen/living area are on the third floor and the rest of the bedrooms and another living area are on the second. There is also a narrow, steep spiral staircase that leads to the pool area. The only minor inconveniences were that the WiFi did not extend to the 3rd floor for our baby monitor and the 3rd floor dryer wasn’t working but thankfully there was another on the 2nd floor- neither issue upset us we just had to find alternatives. All in all we loved this home and hope we can stay again in the future if the price stays reasonable- then we would also be able to enjoy the game room area as there’s only a ping pong table currently and is clearly still being worked on post-hurricane.

Vacation 2025

We really loved this home, except with children there were times we needed a broom, mop, or vacuum. There were none. We had to call for a broom. The picture showed extra loungers by the pool but were none. The bottom level was to have a pool table and extra games. There was a ping pong table with 1 ball. and no other item to entertain teens, Otherwise loved the location and had a great time. May consider rerenting in the future.

Amazing house for family!!

We’ve stayed in a dozen or so houses on Siesta Key, but this one might be our favorite! It was a 2min walk to the Village, a 2min walk to the beach, and every room had its own bathroom. It was really perfect for our large family. When we arrived, the pool was a little dirty— there had been some storms so it was understandable— but communication with the property management company was easy and they took care of it the next day. We do wish it had been cleaned up that same day because we had young kids that wanted to swim after a 16 hour drive, but all in all this house was AMAZING and we would love to stay there again. There isn’t a ton of cabinet space in the main kitchen to store food (no pantry) and the back door has an alarm that’s pretty loud (required by law), but that’s not a complaint— just an FYI. We loved it and recommend this to anyone looking for a large house for vacation!

Anniversary

A fantastic property. Quick response to a couple of minor problems. Well equipped kitchen and nice to have two sets of washers & dryers. Location was perfect as close to the beach, good proximity to shops, bars, and restaurants. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Can't beat this walkable location

We stayed here with 6 kids (1-7 years old) and 7 adults. The overall space in the house, the walkability to everything we could need in the area (easy beach access, restaurants and shopping, transportation, etc.), and the private pool were everything we could have asked for and would be hard to beat. I wouldn't call the house "fancy" but it was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (and beyond) we needed and everything was in good working order.

4th Annual Adult Siesta Keys trip

It was our first time at this home! It was beautiful & was even better than the pictures . We love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Location is perfect! The pool and house was amazing in every way! Also having a frig on every floor helps when you are using the stairs through out the day!

This stay was everything we hoped it would be. The property is literally 1-2 blocks from everything walking distance. Gorgeous property with all of the amenities. The beds were top tier comfortable. Will be back!

Annual Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The location to the beach and community amenities was amazing. We have a large family, including 7 children under 6 and 10 adults. There was plenty of room. My only critique would be that the game room is not cooled properly. So, we didn’t utilize it, and the stairs were killer. If you have bad knees, think twice. We made lots of wonderful memories here, and highly recommend this property.

Happy we chose it

Amazing to find a home with 7 king suites and a bunk bed room. Perfect for family and friends! Walk 2 blocks to the beach or downtown shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Great location!

The best part was that is was just a couple blocks to the beach and the property had beach chairs, umbrella, towels and toys for the kids. Also, it was walking distance to shops and dining. Some rooms had no electricity and/or light bulbs burned out. Coffee maker didn't work, burner on stove didn't work and the refrigerator had broken shelves but the kitchen was very well equipped. Bedding and some of the furniture was in need of upgrading and little bit more attention to cleaning. It was an above average property with LOTS of bedrooms.

Florida Visit

Honestly, We were disappointed when we walked in, not as clean and orderly as we would have expected... door knob was so loose it felt like it would fall off, exit door from the second floor was missing a screw so the lock plate wouldn't stay on and the door was hard to close. Furniture covers need an update rooms sort of in disarray . We needed to organize every room, lamp shades hardly hanging on in many rooms , pictures crooked ... Was not at all what we were expecting based on the cost as a Siesta village Luxury rental..We left it in better shape than we arrived.. ... because it was an important time for a family celebration and we wanted all of our family to feel comfortable. So many little things that should and could have been done and were not. Too bad actually, might be good to update and monitor more closely. Fortunately, the view, the location, the ocean, downtown were all so very nice. Made us realize our expectation for the property should have been much less, and just come to enjoy other things and that is what we did .. Eric P Hartwig

Pretty good

AC in bedroom behind kitchen was awful. Floor plan isn’t what we expected. Difficult for senior citizens bc of stairs. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Pool water extremely warm didn’t really feel good to swim in.

Great place to gather!

We had a wonderful time at the property with 5 families. It was as advertised and a quick walk to the beach. The spa did not heat up to spa temps and the pool was actually warmer and there weren’t enough Paper Towels, dishwashing detergents for 5 families who utilized the kitchen for cooking multiple meals but so many towels and other perks that it didn’t put a damper on our trip! Would definitely stay again.
