Wonderful home! Close to beach! Gorgeous!
This home was immaculate. We have a large family and rented the entire unit! It was beyond our expectation. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! The pool was very nice! The staff was superb, from leaving birthday cupcakes for me to texting/emailing to check on our stay! You guys were wonderful!

Great vacation location
I would 100% recommend staying in this rental again. Layout of the house and pools were great and the location to the beach was really convenient. We had a few minor issues during our stay and the staff was fantastic about correcting them immediately. Perfect place to spend a week with family and friends.

Florida Family Reunion
We had a family reunion in Siesta Key October of 2021. We had 21 people, including 12 adults and 9 children under the age of 7; two of the children were infants. The Abalone worked well for us. The 2 units we rented were in the same building. We loved having the building to ourselves and not worrying about bothering other renters. These were very nice accommodations; very clean and new. There was plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and supplies. We loved being close to the beach which was a short walk to the beach access. It was nice that the units supplied wagons, coolers with wheels, some toys, a few boogie boards, and noodles so we didn't have to purchase much. We did rent some paddle boards and snorkeling equipment as well as some beach toys and life jackets as we had a lot of young children.
Having the pools to use when not at the beach was wonderful. The children really enjoyed playing in the water. The pools can only be accessed through the garage which is on the main level. The apartments are on Levels 2 and 3 so there were no doors from the apartments going to the pool area. From the entry area there were still two doors to access to get to the pools; one to the garage and one in the garage to the pool area, both which were locked. It was great to have refrigerators in the cabana area by the pool and a BBQ as well.
Overall, we loved our reunion at Siesta Key. Our accommodations at The Abalone were wonderful. We will certainly stay in them again should we have another reunion there.

Great property close to beach
Two minute walk to beach. Well maintained and stocked with lots of extras - beach towels, beach wagons, sand toys, etc. Nice pool with lots of privacy. Quick responses from management.

Family Vacation
All of our family (19) got together for a beach vacation . House was clean, close to the beach and had multiple activities to participate in. Everyone had a great time. Look forward to coming back.

Paradise
The duplex was fantastic! The decor was so well put together. Everyone was impressed with the unit. The only draw back was on the first day when we couldn’t find a place to set up on Cresent Beach because the beachfront hotels had their own private beaches. But after the first day we figured out the fix, get up early and set up your tent and chairs before 8:00 on the little area of public beach. We enjoyed every moment on Siesta Key!!

The Abalone exceeded our expectations in every capacity. Siesta Key is a gorgeous destination no matter what you seek. We were able to relax and enjoy each other, the amenities and the location (!!)

Fabulous Find
Beautiful property and excellent beach location. So close to a beautiful beach, which was nicer than other beaches on the island. Comfortable beds and nice living space and kitchen. Tropical pool paradise and patio/outdoor eating area with tv was a hit.Everybody had their own space and it made the vacation enjoyable.

Annual Family Vacation 2019 July 13-20th
I don’t even know where to begin! This year family vacation was the best so far! Upon arrival we were greeted with gourmet cupcakes as a welcome gift for me and my family. The rentals were clean and ready to go at check in time. The finishings/ furniture of the rental were up to date and very moderate. Guess services made sure to reach out to me and offered any services that were need. We’ve been going to the area for about four years now! Staying in the Sarasota area but would visit Siesta Keys for the beach. Which brings me to the location of this rental. We were able to walk to the beach from our rental this year! This was a major plus. The house was able to accommodate our large group of 20 people. We rented one full house and half of another. This made visiting each house an easy... all we had to do was walk next door. The pool for each rental had nice greenery for privacy. Overall the location was great! Very close to good restaurant, activities and shops.
