Great Time

Great house with everything you need for a beach vacation. Patrick was great and attentive to all of our needs. My four very active kids, were never at a loss for things to do. Whether it was fishing, playing ping pong, riding the bikes around town, or just relaxing in the hot tub, there was always something to keep them entertained. You will not be disappointed with this property or Siesta Key. Come, enjoy, and relax!

Siesta Key home

We had a wonderful time at the home we rented on Midnight Pass Rd in Siesta Key. It’s right on the main road, close to the beach and great restaurants. The house has a very nice pool and spa and very comfortable bedrooms. Patrick, the owner always answered immediately if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Patrick! A month may be to short!

After a month at Casa de Floreal we found it hard to leave. We had 3 groups of friends and family join us throughout the month. All loved it and had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. Top Property on Siesta Key!

Great location and beautiful views of bay!

My husband and I took our two kids (ages 5 and 2) and our parents to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday. We selected this house because of all the space, the pool, the dock, and the location. It is right on the Siesta Key trolley line and minutes away from Captain Curt's Oyster Bar. It is very private and secluded. Patrick communicated with me the morning of check in and let me know that we could arrive to the house early. He assisted me in getting the house unlocked and when he arrived he was gracious with his time in giving us a tour. He was very hands on and prompt to correct any minor issues (a strand of lights on the deck and a tv in a guest room) and to make sure things were perfect for our stay. The house is well equipped in the kitchen and has a closet of all you'd need for a day at the beach! There was plenty of space for all of us. Each guest room had its own bathroom which made getting ready very easy. We would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation!

Wonderful Gulf Coast Vacation

My husband and I brought our daughter, her husband and 3 of our grandchildren ages 15, 10 & 6. We felt immediately at home when we met Patrick and arrived at the house that would be ours for 7 days. The view of the bay was amazing to wake up to everyday and watching the sunrise from the dock was incredible. We took the trolly to siesta key beach and into the village for great dinners and drinks. The grandkids loved the pool and being close to several great beaches without driving very far. The highlight of tje trip was going out with Patrick on his boat for 3 hours and kids loved tubing behind the boat. We highly recommend this home and hope to come back again soon!!

Summer in Florida

Siesta Key was beautiful. The property looks over the bay, close to the gulf’s Turtle Beach which has free parking and is a tremendous place for kids. The house has a big screened in porch to see the sunrise and to enjoy the evening watching the lightning on the horizon. Rooms are comfortable and the family spaces are great. The pool was perfect.

Summer Getaway

Our stay was all we were looking for in one place. From the fishing, to the pool, to the beach, to the relaxed atmosphere, it was all great. We are outdoorsy people and we like to be at a location where we can relax and enjoy all of God's beautiful creations in one place. Patrick was very accommodating. He did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Family Trip

We found this property to have everything we needed. We are some of us that are not likely to sit still in the sun so the Paddle Boards, Kayaks and Fishing were wonderful! The location was great to the beach. It is the best of both worlds. The Trolley to get around was great! Patrick was very attentive to us. Coffee Maker had stopped working and he had a new one there within hours. (can't go without that) :) Overall, Many of great family memories were made! Thank you!!!

what a way to wake up!

Lovely, secluded bay front home with morning sunrise views from the house and dock. Plenty of room for a family get together and the house if full of features to entertain both kids & adults, dock with chairs, pool, kayaks, ping pong table etc. Close to Turtle Beach which we prefer ( less crowded) over Siesta Beach. Patrick was a very attentive host and was always accessible for questions. Everything you could hope for in a beach house.

Location was goud, easy access in and out. House was in line with price, clean and the pool area very entertaining. Patrick was friendly and responsive. Our family enjoyed the stay. Could use some updating, but not a deterent to renting as the price is more than fair.

Perfect Home on The Intercoastal Waterway in SRQ with all Amenities:)

I cannot say enough about how perfect this house was for my family. I live in Sarasota, as does my daughter and her 3 daughters. My 2 sons live in California. For Father's Day week, I rented this fabulous house so that my 2 sons and their children (5 total) could stay here and we could all be together. My other 3 grandchildren and my daughter and son-in-law were able to visit the home as well and we were all able to be together all day long in Patrick and Suzi's well-stocked home! We brought out 2 more kayaks to add to Patrick's 3 and had a ball kayaking in the water right from the yard. Patrick had plenty of fishing poles and we were able to fish right from the beautiful dock. One night we caught 5 fish and 1 was a nice sized redfish that were were able to filet and eat. The kids swam in the beautiful pool endlessly, day-in and day-out. The kitchen had lots of spices and oil etc. as well as every pan you could ever want. There is a huge washer/dryer unit which came in especially handy and plenty of towels for both the beach and pool. We rode the trolley from right on Midnight Pass Road, able to go to Siesta Key village, Siesta Key beach and also our favorite, turtle beach. There is a king bedroom where my eldest son and his 2 small kids slept, a room with twins where 2 granddaughters slept, and a room with a queen where the 2 grandsons slept, all on the middle level. That level also has a great porch with table for eating and viewing the activity in the pool or in the water. The pool and ping-pong table and dock are on the ground floor, along with plenty of seating and a table for eating. There is another king (I think) bed on the 3rd floor, where my other son and wife slept. Plenty of room for our entire family. We also got Patrick to take the boys and kids out on his beautiful boat and the kids all thought that was the highlight of their entire trip. I highly recommend that additional option! Patrick and Suzi were amazing, ready and willing to help with any possible thing that we needed. They live close by and so were able to come almost instantly to help when needed. You couldn't find better hosts! All in all, a once in a life-time opportunity for my family! Thanks you so much, Patrick and Suzi:)

Amazing views and so relaxing! one week is not enough!!

We were a family of 7, all adults and found Patrick's home to be large and spacious enough for everyone to do as they pleased. Every room was clean and spacious. We have stayed in a many villas in Florida over the years, both in Orlando and beach areas and always check reviews before booking, a couple of which mentioned that this villa was a little dated perhaps. This made no difference to us whatsoever and found it to be a very homely, warm and welcoming home that we could totally relax in. Patrick knows what guests are looking for and has provided many amenities, the combination of which must surely please even the fussiest guest. I have never stayed in a villa with so much linen, towels, crockery, games, outdoor tv, gym equipment, kayaks, table tennis, foosball and we used them all-a week wasn’t long enough. We spent nearly all our time outdoors. Can’t beat the view!! Top tip-set the alarm for 06.15 am for the most beautiful, peaceful sunrise with dolphins, jumping fish and birds and a 15 minute stroll to the beach for amazing sunsets too. If you want a break from everyone you can stroll down to the chairs at the end of the dock to read, watch the wildlife or snooze in the warm breeze. A kayak trip round the bay is also great fun and so relaxing Shops, bars and restaurants were all fantastic too and close by. Patrick was the best host! A great guy with lots of fun and enthusiasm. If we could, we would go back in a heartbeat! If you are looking for a state of the art modern home, this is not for you. For our family it was better than that! and I miss it already. It was perfect for our entire family group. Lots of room for everyone to have space and family time.

The property offers total privacy and large water access, Patrick is very accommodating and makes certain your needs are met. I would highly recommend this property because of its close proximity to the beach and convenience of stores restaurants in the area. It had a feel of a wildlife sanctuary of birds, fish and other interesting creatures. You won't regret the experience it offers! Hope we make it there againg in the future!

Gorgeous Views!!

My family of four and our friends' family of four stayed together in this home for a week over spring break. The ages of our party ranged from 15 years old to 50 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home is very kid/young adult friendly. There are so many amenities that we were never bored. We used the ping pong table, foosball table and swam in the swimming pool daily. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day, as well. We did choose to rent the bikes for the kids. Quite often, they rode them to the beach, a quarter mile away. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the deck that overlooked the water. We ended most nights sitting at the end of the dock with a cold beverage, watching the sun go down. Patrick (the owner) was very attentive to our needs, from showing us how to work the hot tub to giving us great recommendations for local restaurants. The thing that made the trip most memorable was Patrick's boat. He rented it to us for a reasonable rate for the entire week. We did everything from taking the kids tubing, to slow boat rides with a glass of wine. We took the boat up to Anna Maria Island for dinner one night and spent many afternoons slowly riding from watering hole to tiki bar to dockside restaurant. The only issue we encountered was that the main refrigerator was not working properly (fortunately, there is another fridge downstairs). I would highly recommend renting from Patrick. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone in our group agreed that we would definitely return to this vacation home!

Very Nice

The house was amazing and Patrick was great. The kids loved the ping pong table. The only issue we had was the upstairs refrigerator was broken all week. Lucky for us they also had one downstairs. We would stay again for sure

Lovely and convenient location

This property, although dated, is comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient to Point of Rocks Beach and Crescent Market. Owners very responsive and delightful. Only problem, and a big disappointment to our family is that heated pool and hot tub did not operate properly, despite owner’s best efforts. Only because of this, we wouldn’t stay here again.
