The host was very communicative before and during the stay. The condo was fine, clean and well appointed. A Keurig would be nice to add. Our only complaints are low quality paper products, no facial tissues, broken window blinds, and a missing pole for the beach umbrella.

Perfect unit for seniors

There were 4 of us all over 60 and this unit was perfect. Ground floor, no stairs drive right up to your door - no parking lots, no elevators, no stairs, you just walk right in! I was very pretty, clean, spacious, had a washer and dryer, and a lanai looking out at a beautiful pond. The pools were open late, and the grounds were well kept and walking paths along the intercoastal with a big bench to enjoy watching the boats. The aesthetics of the buildings were very nice and everyone was friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Life on the Key!!!!

Condo was wonderful! Nice updates throughout. It had everything one could need, then some. Plenty of beach chairs but the wagon for hauling things needs an upgrade for sure. We bring our wagon with balloon tires as it makes things so much easier going beachside. Short walk across the street to the beach but always worth the hike & yes, one might call it a hike. No pump for the bike tires so we could not ride the bikes but not a problem as we are beach people. Have been coming to Bayside annually for years as we are shopping ourselves to become SK owners. Only thing we would change is to make it light & as bright as possible.Highly suggest renting, enjoy!!!

Great neighborhood, unit needs work

The neighborhood is great! Both pools easy to access. Trolley stop is close, & beach access convenient, although a bit of a walk to the sand. Unfortunately, the unit needs some work. Upon arrival for our 2-week stay, we noticed the lanai was filthy, the cushions old & faded, mold on walls & sliders, broken screens, stained placemats on table, & a rug in tatters. iTrip did send someone to re-clean that area, but it still felt dirty. Pics are outdated. Beds & living space were clean, plenty of closet space; the bathrooms are great. The kitchen has a few warped pans, & one back burner on stove doesn't work. Most of the in- & under-cabinet lights are burned out. Most of the window shutters are broken. The placemats on kitchen table are also torn. The walls are pretty beat up, especially 2nd bedroom & kitchen. The dryer probably needs the vent cleaned, as it took awhile to dry anything. Bring your own dishtowels, as there was only 1. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but didn't use the porch or kitchen as much as we would've liked. I'd recommend another unit in Gulf & Bay before this one.

Wonderful Spot!

Cozy home away from home! Well equipped for an extended stay. Short walk to beach, or intercoastal to watch boats and fish. Loved the little pond right off the lanai to watch ducks, turtles, herons and various other birds. Host was very responsive! Highly recommend !

Nice unit, well located

This two bedroom unit had everything we needed…good kitchen with all the utensils you need. Nice, peaceful view from the lanai onto a small pond. Good tennis court and two pickleball courts that were usually empty. Well located on the island and about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We will be back!

This was our second stay at this location and on the Key. Just as wonderful as the previous year! Booking was easy, property management was accommodating and caring. The unit offered everything that the description promised! We especially enjoyed our walks on the beach. Simply wonderful with many more memories made. We will keep coming back!

Vacation

This place was beautiful!! Great location! The property was able to get us checked in super quick, we had a bad experience at a Vrbo we arrived at and wanted to change quickly and they made it happen. They saved our vacation and we had a blast! My boys enjoyed fishing at the dock we saw dolphins every evening we fished, even a manatee on our last day. They had every thing we needed for the beach and the pool was wonderful! We definitely recommend! Everyone staying at the surrounding condos were so nice, we will be back!

Overall very good location, condo well kept with up to date amenities. Little bit of a walk to the beach but close enough. We had everything and needed and book on thing to do places to see was helpful. Close to inter costal for good morning and evening walks.

Five stars are not enough!

This stay was exactly as described. Everything that a couple could possibly ask for and more! Close enough to beach and village, yet far enough for peace and quiet. A solid five stars! (Could’ve been 10/10 if the ratings allowed such a score). Bravo!!

A treasure!!

Our family of 4 (two teens) loved this place so much we would book again in a heartbeat! There was comfortable space, enough in the kitchen to make a Thanksgiving meal, and the private beach access was amazing. The wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella came in handy and we enjoyed the pickle ball courts many times. We even saw a dolphin playing just off the pier on the bay. A treasure!

Wonderful vacation home

Great location to the beach. It's about an 8-9 minute walk, but easy access. The bay is just behind the home with a deck and a couple benches. My kids caught several fish from the deck. The home was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for my family of 5. There is a beach cart and several chairs, toys, and an umbrella available for guests to use. Gas grills and a small pool are a short walk away. My family enjoyed staying here.

Nice condo.

The twin beds do not push together. The lanai had mold spots and the windows were very dirty. The beach is not 5 mins away as listed. The gate to get to the beach is but the beach is still fifteen minutes beyond that. We were traveling with an elderly couple and was difficult for them to walk that far. Nice location but you’ll need a car to get around.

Great place!

Loved our stay! Certainly didn’t need to bring anything extra as all the beach things we would need were included! Roomy bedroom and well stocked kitchen (dishes, pans, utensils, etc). Only issue was that we decided that “5 minute walk to beach” is really more like 10. Great location-central to The Village and the beach, especially with the trolleys. We’ll be back!

Great location, close to beach and Siesta Key Village.

Very clean. Convenient to beach, restaurants, and stores. Kitchen well stocked with amenities. Lanai is wonderful. Garage has plenty of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, noodles, and carts to transport all.

Great place to stay.

The condo was wonderful. The garage was stocked with chairs and wagons. We loved the small pool in front. The residents weren’t pleased about visitors at the larger pool. 🤷‍♀️ The only downfall was that the dryer broke and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Overall, highly recommend!
