Nice property in a desirable location, near restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Terrific layout for sleeping and entertaining. The only recommendation that I will share is for the property to add an ice machine.

Quick Getaway

Only had 4 days. Great communication via text for check - in / house access. Cannot beat the location. 3 minute walk to the Village. Hot tub, pool and rooftop deck are elite. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property is perfect for large groups or families who want to enjoy each other’s company while having a relaxing time. The pictures on the ad don’t do it justice. We had such a great time, a very memorable experience!! The SKLRP Team was phenomenal to work with and ensured our visit was seamless. Our family of 23 highly recommend this property for your vacation needs. There is plenty of room and tons of fun to be had by all.

Extremely dirty

When you’re paying money for that type of property, it fell short in so many ways. There were cockroaches everywhere. The place was very beat up. Needs to have a lot of maintenance

House was nice location but ...

I'm keeping it simple, the property worked out well and nice location, however the booking agent/property manager was disgusting to deal with prior to arrival. A few days prior to arrival, we saw the weather for our beach getaway was 30 mph winds and 100% chance of rain. I called to see if we could move the dates to another time in May (not a refund) and they said no. I said we could move to a mid week when they weren't busy and they said look at your contract, no. I said they could tell us last minute when they had 2 empty days and they said no. I asked them to please call the owner as I am sure the owner would not want this review and they said they represent the owner and "this us what the owner wants". I then asked them to atleast refund the cleaning fee and the linen fee, as we were not going to come so they would not need to do either and they again said no and to look at the contract. I asked again to think about right and wrong and customer service, as I was trying everything to work with them , and they again just referred to the contract. I would ask that if you are looking for a property in this area and you have a few options you do NOT stay here. Maybe then they will learn about customer service.

Overall fine — disappointed that both ice makers ( kitchen refrigerator & separate ice maker did not work. It appeared they haven ‘t worked for some time . They sent a maintenance man out — did his check and reported they would require further parts.

Great house, for a big family!

We had 25 people, 23 being adults and had a wonderful stay. The management was quick to respond to questions. The location was perfect walking distance from restaurant, shops, beach. Plenty of room for eating in all together. Only two things I would mention. The pool was much smaller than the pictures appeared (but still worked for us). The first floor (kitchen) bunk rooms made it impossible to use the trundle bed Would definitely rent the house again.

Siesta Keys Paradise Getaway

Great property , the amenities were amazing ,the beach , restaurants , bars were in walking distance never had to drive . The grocery store and liquor store right across the street from the house . I will definitely recommend this property to my family and freinds !

Easy in and Easy out

The check in and check out process was very convenient. The location is prime. It was 500 ft from Siesta Key Village. There are several shops and restaurants. Live music at night. A food market. As well, it is a six minute walk to beach access #5 on Siesta Key beach. The pool was a bit smaller than anticipated, but we all still had fun in it. The rooms were well decorated and the house was clean. No issues with shower pressure. I do think the house is due for a new couch in the family room in front of the kitchen. The couch sinks and isn’t very comfortable. The elevator was a nice feature. While we were there we had the pool guy come by once and then a maintenance guy to check out a broken washer on the 2nd floor. It wasn’t much of an inconvenience to not have the washer, because there was another one on the first floor. Overall a good experience.

TERRIBLE HOUSE/MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I would never stay at this house again, let alone book anything with this management ever again! Just some of the issues we encountered were no hot water for 48 hours, but according to the management company customer service rep named Terry this isn’t a serious issue! Also had LITTLE to NO water pressure for over 36 hours and no one from the management company seemed to care. We had to book 2 rooms at hotels just for our family of 12 to shower. But according to Terry again this isn’t a serious issue. Then the last day the washer broke down. I would highly tell everyone to never book this house! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE/MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEY LWILL RUIN YOUR VACATION. You will spend more time trying to get the necessities for your vacation then enjoying it.

Dream vacation

Our family all came in for a family funeral and this property was available. It was an absolute dream to stay here. Everyone enjoyed the pool, oversized connect four, hot tub, pools, ping pong and deck hangouts. Highly recommended this place. Can’t wait until next time.

Beautiful home in an excellent location.

House was beautiful and very clean on arrival. The location can’t be beat. Rooftop patio was great. The only complaint we had was if they could do some trimming on the palm trees around the pool so it got some sunlight during the day that would be awesome. I would highly recommend this property
