Nice stay.

Grounds, room, and beach were nice. Enjoyed the view from the lanai for the senior citizen for sure. Codo conditions were definitely satisfactory and off topic enjoyed finding seashells, manatees swimming by, soft firm sand, clean beaches, nice warm water, etc…Beds slept well. Enjoy yourself!

Perfect in every way

This is our second time staying at Lynn’s condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time (if not more so because we stayed longer and the weather was perfect!). Lynn is an absolute rockstar host, is incredibly helpful and communicative, and was super quick to help with any question or issue we had - she even went out and got all new pans for us to use! The condo is clean, well maintained, perfectly situated…honestly we absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year! Thank you again so much, Lynn!

The best!

Property has perfect location and tasteful decor- the beach is amazing! Resort has plenty of lounge chairs, pools, pickleball/tennis courts- and is walkable to the south village for dinner or groceries. Enjoy!

Amazing Condo on the beach

Lynn’s condo is the PERFECT condo for our family vacation! We are reoccurring guests and our three teenage children ask each year if we get to stay in Lynn’s condo again. She is an amazing host and her newly updated condo will not disappoint! We love that she supplies beach towels, a beach soft sided cooler, chairs, beach towels, a laundry gift card to do laundry which is conveniently located just outside her condo, and the kitchen is equipped with everything from dishes to spices. Her communication is fast, she always responds with any questions you have. This condo is steps away from the pool and beach which allows us to see our teenage kids from the condo. It is extremely clean and we can’t wait for our next visit!

Amazing week!

We had a great stay in this condo last week. Check in was simple and Lynn was super communicative with any questions we had. Location on the ground floor with views of the beach and pool that were amazing! The condo was very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of beach items as well as free beach chairs on the beach. The condo has island music on Tuesday evenings which we could listen to out on our own patio. One thing I would say is that the mattresses could use an upgrade. Also, the hot water runs out pretty quick and close parking spots can be hard to get if you are in and out throughout the week. These are just minor things that would not stop us from renting this condo again. Highly recommend Spearfish Grille for dinner. When we come back to Siesta, I will definitely look for this condo in the future!

Great Place-Disappointing weather!

Our yearly trip with longtime friends brought us to Siesta Key this year. The weather did not cooperate but the accommodations were excellent just as described. Perfect for 2 couples. Due to the cool weather we watched a lot of college basketball. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a current list of tv stations and some directions how to use Roku! Everything else was great! Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again! A plus is how close it is to the beach and pool

Annual Siesta Key Get Away

My husband and I love the Sarasota Surf and Raquet Club on Siesta Key Island. The property is exceptionally maintained. It’s right on the beach with beach side pool access. The pickle ball courts are great and so are the folks available to play each morning. Our condo was nicely appointed and updated. Our host is easy to comm. We already ate planning for next year!

Chased away by Helene!

Despite the order to evacuate for the hurricane we enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was great and it was nice to be close to parking and the ground level. Thanks to Lynn for a refund for the rest of the stay. I appreciate it as I did not expect it.

Excellent as always!

Love staying here, second year in a row at this beautiful condo. Lynn the owner is easy to work with and makes everything super easy. No need to bring anything for the beach, she has everything stocked, down to the towels! Having such easy and close access to the beach is rare, the pools are pristine. This is a fairly quiet condo which is exactly what we like about it. Planning to come back again in 2025 for 2 weeks, thank you Lynn!
