We go to Siesta Key 2x a year and have been for the past 10 years... and we always stay at the Seashell. This was the first time we stayed at Carol's unit and we will not go back to our normal unit. She has won our business! We love the location of the unit and her attention to detail for her guests is spot on! The unit is perfectly set up for guests and has everything you need! Love this unit! She is super responsive and just a stones throw away if you need anything!

My husband and I loved staying in this beautiful condo. Our host Carol was amazing. She is so nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. She has thought of everything we could possibly need or want during our stay. It was so nice not having to pack beach towels or have buy a cooler, body wash and shampoo when we arrived. She provided all of it and so much more, even a welcome gift bag of goodies. The condo complex is right on the beach, this unit is overlooking the pool. So it is 30 second walk to the pool and 3 minute walk to the beach. Again, just perfect! This unit also has a beautiful wrap around patio, with chairs, high top table with chairs and towel drying rack. Right outside the complex and across the street is everything you need. A grocery store, gift shops, ice cream, donuts and lots of great restaurants, many with entertainment. Our new favorite restaurant is Miguel’s French restaurant. Amazing restaurant!! We have stay in many condos over the years in Siesta Key. This is our favorite. I give it a perfect 10!

We had a wonderful week at Carol's condo. Peaceful and relaxing are the two best words to describe our stay. The location can't be beat - if you don't want to get in your car again, you don't need to, since everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was well-furnished and well-stocked. Renting a canopy for the beach and the provided chairs made every day a breeze to enjoy one of the best beaches on Florida's west coast. If you're on the fence as to whether or not to rent here, don't hesitate ... you won't be sorry you did.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay at Sea Shell Condos!

Staying at Sea Shell Condo was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right on the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, and plenty of time in the gulf without needing to drive anywhere.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the air conditioning kept the space cool after long days in the sun. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the complex was—it felt like a true escape. Pool was a great addition. Ron and Carol were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and stress-free. Parking was convenient, and the property felt safe and well-maintained.Overall, I would definitely recommend Sea Shell Condos to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachfront getaway in Florida. I’m already looking forward to coming back! Love from Michigan

Perfect stay

The condo was exactly what we needed as a family plus family friend to enjoy a week at the most beautiful beach on the planet. Very conveniently located close to everything we needed. Property owner was very helpful with all sorts of tips for things to do and see. Short drive to anything off island that we wanted to do. Looking forward to the next stay!

Wonderful condo

I rented the condo March 8-15, 2025. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Ron & Carol were great at answering our questions & taking care of the missing key to garage lock box. My grandson is 2 1/2, there was a stroller & sand toys for him. The beach is beautiful, sand is white & powdery. The pool is mainly shaded but it is heated so it wasn't too cold. There are restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and market all within walking distance. We would defintely stay here again! I didn't want to leave.

Very clean condo, near beach

The condo is very clean and nice furniture, close proximity to the beach. Directly located across from Captain Curts, so easy walk to all restaurants. When sitting on the deck, beware you are listening to the car and people traffic on Midnight Pass. No ocean view or sounds from the deck.

We absolutely LOVED the condo! Steps from the beach! Being a 1st floor unit we loved using the stairs for quick access. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with items to get you started. We are returning next Dec!

Great condo

We are an elderly couple with concerns about location of condo to beach. We can’t say enough good things about Carol who answered all our questions and made sure all our needs were met. A nice touch for us was the reclining chairs with one in the bedroom where my wife could read while I watched TV. The condo was decorated beautifully and met all our expectations. Thank you Carol and Ron for being such nice hosts.

Home away from Home

We love staying at Carol and Ron's place. It is always clean and has everything we need for our stay. This year, travel was a little different with little ones and flight schedules.
