Property was clean, in good condition and as described/depicted. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler and wagon to transport all to the beach, which is a short and convenient walk from the home. Kitchen is well-equipped. We would stay here again!

Best vacation location. We were a very short walk to theocean. Our Villa was clean. The owner was wonderful. Very commodating. Lots of outside space which is difficult to find in Siesta Keyes. Would definitely recommend this location ans stay at the villa. Jodi

Bachelorette quiet stay

My party came down to siesta keys for the 1st time. We loved staying at this place the convient of the beach access is down the road. We got 4 bedroom unit and impressed how spacious and clean it was. The cleaning lady was very helpful bringing our groceries inside that we made a delivery upon arriving. Steve was wonderful to deal with and responded to our needs fast. We would come back .

Perfect Beach Location

Great location near beautiful Siesta Key Beach! Second time staying at this location. Family mostly eats in and the kitchen was definitely a little shy on cooking amentities, but I think that was mostly due to post hurricane recovery. I don't remember this being the case the first time we stayed in 2023. Also has a very nice, well kept pool when you've had a little too much of the beach.

Great location!

We had a great time in Siesta Key! This house is in a great location and well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas! It slept all of us well! We had a small hiccup while we were there and the owner was very prompt and took care of it right away!

Construction

Construction on road outside condo very annoying and loud. Would have expected a warning? Outside Area looks much larger on vrbo. Light in master bedroom near bed needs attention (switch) Master bedroom wonderful but bed in first room not so comfy. Beach access great. Could use some medium size bowls in kitchen and a sweeper for floor(ha) . We made best of rain and cold weather early in week and enjoyed sun ! and we do love Siesta Key!

Wonderful Place

We had a group of 9 people staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Super clean and host was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Short walk to the beach and there were chairs and wagons for us to take. Nice pool and outdoor hang out spot. Had to drive to the village, but it was worth it! I would totally stay agin!

Family get together with kids and grand kids

My 1st time at a VRBO. It was excellent. I loved that we had 3 parking spots. Pool small, but ok. Very clean. We loved having the grill outside. Approximately a 2 block walk to the ocean. I wish the lawn chairs would have been specific to the unit because they were hard to get. I wish there would have been a crock pot. I found 2 glasses cracked so I pitched. I would have liked some plastic kids cups. Thankful for dishwasher soap and clothes washing soap amd machines. Expensive, but worth it. They had just the right number of beds and kind of beds for our group. Thank you so much for the nice accomodations. We tried to be good guests!!

Wonderful family vacation

We had two families with 5 kids total (age range 1-8) stay here. The living area was spacious enough to accommodate our group. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows. The pool was the perfect size for our children. The multiple tables and sitting spaces outside were great to have, especially the ones with umbrellas. The ceiling fan on the porch directly outside the house was amazing for ensuring a breeze and helping keep the mosquitos away. The house stayed cool during the day and night. The house was clean and well-stocked. The check in and checkout processes were simple. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation

Just returned from a great week with family. Wonderful location, close to private beach and village. Everything provided, kitchen was complete with all you could need. Pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, carts to bring it all to beach. We bought family, ten of us. Plenty of room. Process was smooth to check in and out. Recommend highly.
