Crabby Bungalow is one side of a duplex and will share walls, the backyard area, and the HOA pool with the neighboring unit. Interior spaces are fully private. This property includes access to a heated community pool and beach access located nearby, which also features restrooms, changing rooms, and lockers for guest use. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in.
