Luxury condo located directly on Siesta Key Beach

  • Relax in paradise at the Sea Shell Condominiums. This beautiful two bedroom condominium is located just steps from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no roads to cross to access our private gated beach.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a drip and keurig coffee maker. There is a full array of cooking utensils (pot and pans, mixing bowls, etc.) in addition to a slow cooker and an indoor/outdoor electric grill.

    There is a 65 inch smart TV in the living room. The master has a 45 inch HDTV and the second bedroom has a 37 inch HDTV. Wifi is free throughout. Plantation shutters are installed on all windows and the sliding door in the master. The dining room table seats six and the couch, love seat and reclining chair are perfect for relaxing and/or watching
    TV. Or you can enjoy the cool gulf breezes on your private lanai.

    The Sea Shell Condonminium beachfront complex is one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. Directly across the street you have a multitude of shopping, dining and sightseeing experiences. Sea Shell feature a large heated pool with a spacious pool deck. We provide beach towels for our guests along with upright and lounge chairs on the beach. Beach umbrellas and canopies are available for rent on the beach directly behind Sea Shell. You can also enjoy our new tiki hut to relax during the day and/or have lunch or dinner on one of our picnic tables. Two gas grills are available to enjoy a memorable cookout on the beach.
    Sea Shell has a no pets policy.

Great location. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. Walking distance to places to eat and shop. Beach is just steps away with chairs and lounge chairs available for the beach.Overall very nice.

Great stay! Awesome location! You can see the beach from the balcony! The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay again. Private beach access is great, lots of shops within walking distance and trolley stop within feet of the condo. The ladies in the office were very helpful and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back - it’s Literally just a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. The condo itself was as described and more than suitable for our visit. The office staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Our unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We've visited Siesta Key many times over the years, and this was one of my favorite rentals we've stayed in. Perfect location near the grocery store and some of our favorite restaurants. Definitely want to come back in the future!

Best trip ever! This location is perfect! Short walks to the beach and/or restaurants. We loved the private beach property, and it was not too crowded. The unit was clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back!

Place of Relaxation

The property is in a very convenient location. Restaurants and other businesses is a short walk from the property. It is a quiet place despite of it being nearby business area. I love that it is a very close to the beach and lounge chairs are free (first come first serve basis; need to purchase tent or umbrella). Our unit is clean but need to be updated. Overall, it is a nice place to be for vacation.

Perfect Location

Spacious condo in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and market. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was super helpful along with the office staff on site during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful gem on Siesta Beach

Quiet, clean and well maintained condo for the perfect beach getaway. Condo was very clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook delicious meals. Conveniently located to downtown Siesta. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of chairs to use and umbrellas or canopies to rent. Can't wait to return.

Summer in Siesta

We thoroughly loved #307 at Seashell! Lots of room for us to hunker down during the tropical storm that tried to ruin our vacation and lots of room for us to enjoy when the sun returned. The amenities and location are perfect for all age groups. The condo itself is very well kept, clean and decorated nicely as depicted in the listing photos. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. A spot to return to for sure!

Nice property

Pool is pretty small and pool area/deck is tight for a property this size. It’s also on the street side not by the beach. At least it has one I guess. The condo we stayed in was very big and bright and clean.
